Chapter 5 Don't you dare come back!

Moving so slowly I finally stood before her.
She was still as short as I could remember, standing a foot and some inches shorter than I am.
But I could see from her body structure that she is now more matured.
More composed that she dares even look me directly into the eyes.
No one dares to do so now, not even my own father, the former Alpha and that made me feel more infuriated.
Such guts she has now. She has no idea who she is messing with, that is why.
But first things first, I just couldn't wait any longer and so, I spoke out.
"How dare you come back here, how dare you show your filthy looking face before me, I thought I had made it clear you would pay the consequences if you dare try to do so" I growled at her.
If not for the warning I gave her, at least she should have stayed away because of her betrayal and deceit.
But then I kept on forgetting how shameless she was.
So shameless that even managed to...
I don't even want to think about it as it makes both me and my wolf come to the edge of murder.
There was a few minutes of silence as I just stood there, giving her the worst hateful look that ever existed in the history of mankind.
I would have preferred to give her the menacing and tortured look of my wolf but I still have to follow the protocols.
But I could feel my patience running out and soon, one of these days,I would be forced to lash out on her.
"Speak up! Why are you back here?" I screamed at her, making her flinch for a few seconds but then she is is back to her composed self.
A part of her that I've already concluded that I would hate more than the seducing part.
"I don't owe you anything now do I?, so why should I hide like a street mouse?" That's the first thing that came out of her mouth.
I gripped my hands into a fist, trying my very best to bring my wolf to order for at that moment, he was ready to pounce.
But that was not enough of her, she kept on talking.
"Three years! For three years now Romano I've been in hiding and I've think I've hidden enough" she adds.
I can see that she still dares to call me with my first name.
All these years of exile has done nothing but made her more arrogant as well.
She still has no sense of remorse for all the mistakes and sins that she has committed.
Without thinking twice, I did the only thing that came to mind, I grabbed her by the arm forcefully but not with so much force that it could have snapped her arm.
"Hey! Let go of me you scoundrel" she screams.
I froze for a second at her declaration.
Always, this woman knows how to push my buttons and soon, I would be forced to retaliate in the most unfriendly manner.
I just ignored her and kept on dragging her.
"I said let go! Where the hell do you think you are taking me" she screams again.
She kept on screeching and threatening like a wild cat but that is all she could do.
Soon enough, we are out of the alley and I walked directly to the car.
Duke was already standing by the car, waiting for me to be back.
He left the scene after I told him to back out.
He had 100% faith that I would take them down.
But what he didn't expect was to see me dragging a lean and helpless figure behind me that talks too much for my own liking and I could see it written all over his face.
"My Alpha who..." but he stopped when he saw the face of the woman in question.
He instantly realize why I was dragging her like a heap of trash.
A slight frown formed on his face but he still didn't say anything.
He turned around to open the door for me.
I let go of her.
"Get into the car" I said.
"Make me!" she defiles once again.
Duke looked up at her, shocked at her audacity to speak at me with no respect.
As a loyal subject, he is supposed to retaliate her behavior but I cautioned him through the mind link again.
She is just a piece of work that I can handle alone.
I took a step towards her and her back hit the car.
"Listen here, you better do as I say or I'll be forced to use other means and get you in" I whisper in her ear.
"What... what are you going to do?" she asks.
I could still smell her fear no matter how composed she tries to be.
Why does she always have to question each and every of my order.
"Trust me, you wouldn't want to know" I say.
She turns to face me and our eyes met.
All I could see in her eyes now was disgust for me but I am more than ok with that.
And I am sure she can see the determination in mine.
I moved slightly closer to her and in order to get farther away from me, she tripped and fell into the car seat.
Well, fine enough by me.
I turned to go to the other side.
"p*****t" I could hear her utter under her breath.
Duke growled at her insult but didn't do nothing.
I got into the car and he drove off.
The tension in the car is so think that you could drop a pin on it and I have a feeling, more is yet to come.
"Where to my... Sir?" Duke asks.
"To the..."

I parked in front of the hotel, waiting for them to drop down.
As expected, Moon started throwing her tantrums once again.
Alpha Romano didn't waste time though as he yanked her off the seat and storms inside.
I really don't know how he tolerated that woman during their marriage. She is such a handful.
He really has been patient with her, that is why.
Had it been she knew exactly who she was messing with, she wouldn't have done half what she was doing.
I quickly followed behind them, knowing that he would be needing me after handling her.
But what exactly is he going to do to her?, I couldn't help but ask myself.
I could see him dragging her and she had no other choice but to follow behind
Her mouth seemed to have been shut already.
But that was just my misconception for she started speaking not long after.
"Romano, are you crazy?, You let go of me!" she cries out.
And that seemed to have gotten all the attention of the people in the lobby.
Not that they hadn't already noticed before.
"Shut up!" He stopped to warn her in his Alpha voice and I could see that it was working for she stopped blabbering.
Finally, the reached his private elevator and soon, they were in, out of people's view.
Just then, the crowd started commenting about what just transpired.
"Who is this woman?"
" Why is the boss so angry at her?" the questions keep popping and then the answers followed.
"I am sure she's one of those women that are trying to get to the boss' bed" some said.
"No, she looks too young for that, maybe she is just..."
"Don't let looks deceive you, the things ladies do these days in order to get quick money" another man says.
"Yeah, you are right" some agree.
"But didn't you all notice that she is trying to defy him, it's like he is the one forcing her?" Another asks.
"Don't be fretted by such act, she would be as submissive as they all are as soon as she sees the wad of money he has" one man comments.
"And what he has down there" one woman adds so dreamily, like she really wants to know what's really down there.
Seeing that the gossip is getting out of hand, I intervened.
"If you want to keep your jobs and your lives, I suggest you stop talking, otherwise..." I warned.
The wolves amongst them were the first to vacate as they know exactly what the Alpha is capable of. But the humans were no less as well.
And just like that, the chapter is closed.
I went straight to the elevator and pressed the button.
I rush inside to go and meet the two.
I just hope a murder has not been committed yet for I can see it close by the way she is trash talking our slightly patient Alpha.
As soon as the elevator opens, I saw her standing in the middle of the living room.
She quickly rushes to me, well, to the elevator but before she could reach, it closed.
Then she kept on pressing but nothing was happening.
The truth is, she can't as there are only a limited people that have access to this penthouse.
Seeing how she is helplessly trying to get out, I had no other choice but to inform her.
"Stop it, it's of no use" I say.
"Get me out of here!" she orders.
Nobody dares to order me like this.
How dare she.
I started marching to her and from the looks on her face, she knew she was doomed.
