I knew the pain of relieving betrayal. I had been betrayed before, betrayal always haunts you like a shadow and the moment you see the traitor, you re-live the pain. A pain more bitter than the first time you learned of the betrayal. It gets worse with time.
I didn't want Thunder to go through the pain again by finding his ex-wife in his home. It would have been better that way.
Her teary and pleading face was making it hard for me to chase her out and I was in a dilemma.
