Liam and Arden rode hard, the wind whipping through their hair as they galloped across the rolling hills. They finally stopped at a small inn, where they could rest and plan their next move. As they sat by the fire, Arden turned to Liam with a grin. "Well played, Liam. The impostor at the wedding was a stroke of genius." Liam chuckled, his eyes gleaming with satisfaction. "Thanks, Arden. I knew it was the only way to get Scarlett out of the palace safely." Arden raised an eyebrow. "And what about Scarlett herself? Does she have any idea what's going on?" Liam shook his head. "No, she thinks the impostor was the real me. She has no idea I'm the one who's been pulling the strings from behind the scenes." Arden whistled. "You're a clever one, Liam. But what's the next move? Now that Scarlett is free, what's the plan?" Liam's expression turned serious. "We need to gather our forces, Arden. We have a kingdom to reclaim. And Scarlett... well, she'll come to realize the truth eventually." And with that, Liam and Arden set their plan in motion, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead. Liam rode through the night, his horse's hooves quiet on the deserted road. He had been away for weeks, but now he was returning to Ravenhurst, his family's castle. As he approached the castle gates, he was greeted by the familiar sight of the portcullis and the guards' nodding faces. He rode into the courtyard, his eyes fixed on the castle's darkened windows. But he didn't go to his chambers. Instead, he made his way to the king's private chambers, using a secret passage known only to a few. The king, his father, sat by the fire, his eyes fixed on Liam as he entered. "Welcome back, son. I hear you've had a successful journey." Liam nodded, his face serious. "I've taken down some assassins, Father. They were threatening our allies." The king's eyes gleamed with pride. "Well done, Liam. You're a true warrior." But Liam didn't mention Scarlett, didn't mention the wedding or the impostor. He kept that secret to himself, for now. The king didn't notice, too caught up in his own thoughts. "Liam, I have a task for you. One that requires your... particular skills." Liam's heart quickened, his mind racing with possibilities. What did his father have planned? And how would it affect Scarlett, and the kingdom? Just immediately, Queen Niamh, moved into the king's private chambers, keeping everyone in suspense.” How did she know that I was here?” King Xandros thought. Liam was extremely shocked as he didn't know what to think about at the moment. He stood up with his mouth agape looking at the mother and father with deep hatred and anger remembering what occurred in the past and walked out on the both of them not being able to comprehend the scene. King Xandros held him back trying to apologize with some gestures but Queen Niamh could not believe what her husband had just done. She didn't hesitate to slap Liam immediately. “Xandros I can't believe you did this to us, after all this child has caused us. You want him to bring his curse back so it could affect us again?. He is a cursed child, he has to leave, he has no right or any belonging here. Get out! you cursed child! “ Niamh scolded Liam, raising her hands again to release another slap when Xandros held her back. “Guards, take her away, “ King Xandros commanded. Liam couldn't help but let out a trickle of tear, trying to hold the rest back in. He shook his head vigorously, signifying disappointment in King Xandros. “I thought you and mom sorted this out already, I thought you said you believed me dad, but no ! , I just got everything wrong “ Liam scoffed. FLASHBACK…. A man, dressed in a black clothing sneaks his way into the palace kitchen while the chef is away keeping a pack of poisoned chocolates on the table top sneaking away again without being caught. He seems to be a known person in the palace but his clothes seem to have covered him properly. Little Prince Liam, walks to the kitchen, after enduring hunger for a while, sees a pack of chocolates and feels excited. “I think mom must have kept this for us before stepping out, it looks really nice”. On the other hand, the spy kept to watch Liam until he took the chocolates did not give up and unfortunately, Liam fell for it, he picked it innocently and headed room where his sister's were and showed it to them. “Stella and Kelly, look what I found”, showing them the chocolates. They rushed over it, leaving Liam with one pack as he became pressed and decided to urinate before coming back to enjoy his chocolates. But suddenly, after Liam was done using the restroom, the picture he saw was nothing to imagine. His sisters were lying on the floor with blood gushing out of their mouth, rolling from one end to another and the chocolates were opened like they had already had much of it. Liam was still a kid, he didn't know what to do but he knelt down trying to wake his sisters up but they seemed to have lost consciousness as he screamed “Mother!!!, Help!!!”. Niamh was back from the market as she rushed in on hearing his voice. She was shocked at what she saw, standing with her mouth agape. She melted to the ground as tears trickled down their cheeks. She dragged Liam to the palace and called everyone to come out. Xandros saw this but was quiet knowing who was behind it. Niamh cursed Liam in front of everyone and pushed him out of the throne. Liam cried, begging his dad to say something about it but he remained silent knowing that Liam's life was at stake if he still stayed in the palace. Liam did not understand the reason for his father's silence, he thought that his father was as angry and disappointed in him as his mother was. He was sent one of the most deserted mountains, left to eat raw meat only. He was raised by a bee keeper, who also was an animal hunter, making Liam stronger to begin hunting on his own. flashback ends… Liam sobs bitterly as King Xandros embraced him to his chest. “It's okay son, we'll figure it out soon”. Just as Liam released his tight grip that he gave King Xandros, an arrow flew across the first chambers to the third chamber - a chamber before the palace. “Attack!”, a wild voice screamed.
