Luke’s words lingered in my mind long after he walked away.
"Either way, you’re not going anywhere."
I wasn’t sure if that was a promise or a warning.
Mira stretched beside me, yawning. "So, what now? Do we just keep waiting for Lena to mess up?"
I exhaled. "We don’t wait. We make sure when she does, she has nowhere to run."
