- Are you a god ? - Why are you asking so ? Rhinne Kagara , a man asking the mysterious girl in front of him . He thought, do this woman came from Sakura Empire ? There are nearly no answer that could come to his mind at the moment why he is here when he just in his house just before . He literally just appear and see this normal house and a woman . This woman is not his species at all . Secret weapon ? She open her mouth : - I am not from that empire which is your enemy at all . I am not from your world , too , and you were in the space I made along with my family . He subconsciously bit his lower lip . She can read his mind . He should restrict thinking . Looking around the kitchen , he goes looking for a place to sit and pick a chair next to the wooden table . This kidnapper still doesn't look at Rhinne from the start as she is concentrating in tearing , twist the blades of grass in her hands . She doing that abnormally fast , and ended up making a grass crane . She opens her hands , revealed it fully, and say happily : - Look . In Rhinne surprise, the crane became a living object as it fly away through the glass door connects with the garden . Now she turn back , said : - I am not a god , just a member of a very advanced civilization . She stood up and that made Rhinne gasping . She is too high ! At the very less she is above four meters . Her skin has blue colors , covered with layers of sleek scales also blue in color . The tail is adorned with plated scales that make it like a war mace . Rhinne feels threatened by the sight of her horns . They are straight , which makes they can't be grasped and frightening sharp , which allows them to pierce her enemy stomach . - I called Monera , the last member of a civilization named Ancor . Me and my family , which consist of members like me are working to help lower worlds like your in the threat of an irresistible existence that like I said , you can't do anything about it . She explained while lower her head very slightly by some reason with sincerity toward this gray-skinned boy . - Why did you call me and not anyone else ? He looks around , picked up a simple crystal cup in the tray in nervousness. His scabrous fingers stroke it while his eyes lingering around her white horns when she sat down . - No , I called everyone except for infants that can't understand these things. I also reward everyone with a wish , of course , moderately as an apology . - She said - Who was not be called will receive their wish when the time comes . He looks at her for a while and then asked very carefully : - We can't resist it in anyway ? Our weapons are plenty , our nations are still in peace and preserved all their possible forces . There are also knights and other great people , scientists. Why we can't do it ? - He said it with an uncertain tone - Please enlighten me . - Yes , I know that much . - She pressed - But this enemy is a bit special . You can't kill it . Push it back , maybe some chance , but you can't kill it . Your invader this time just that much special . She stopped for him to digest these pieces of information. The boy of Kagaras house only spoke after considered it a whole 10 minutes . - Why ? - Your world lack methods to do so . Let me explain - She gives him a picture from her prepared bag - You can call it a dragon based on its appearance , but it is not . It's not the dragon you think of . We call dragon Dzenigei . But these rotten lungs colored scales and skin tells you they are fallen . Call it Dzenigei Ilirenma . - Ilirenma means fallen ? - Yes . She points slowly in the clear picture , said : - The guy who coming for your life currently brought along its army , not too strong , just enough to stir your world for a while . But it needs just that . For your information , i don't tell anyone the exact info about these guy except for you and your twin-sister , as your ideals are same as us . She look straight into his eyes . - Currently she is also had met my little brother , and he is telling her the same thing . This ravager only need the confusion created by it underlings to make steps for devouring your whole civilization . Its is a bit weak after the travel . - She knocked into the image of the Dzenigei Ilirenma - But as i said , it can't be killed . Their life force are just too overwhelming . You can't control it as its status is high , and it just look at you as foods . But don't underestimate this guy intelligent . It has an incredible brain , smart and full of devious . It understands that their preya can bite back . Rhinne knitted his brows : - Then is it just invincible . - That is also not true . It can be killed with a super-strong attack . - How much does it need to obliterate one Dzenigei ? He asked with hope . He doesn't want to relied on the guys whom he just met , and a high-end world ( he thinks) at that . Monera obliterated his hope instead : - For this guy , an attack that can blow a middle-grade star , like suns , in a single strike . Must one strike , can't be two . His heart is aching . - That just limited for that guy . High ranked , old Dzenigei can't be killed even if you throw them out of this world . It will just live healthily and can come back. - Tell me the other ways . He knitted his hands together and try to suppress his heavy-pounding heart . His back is also drenched with drops of sweats flowing non-stop when looking at the evil picture of a ravager . She then said hopefully when she looked at him : - A transcendent is needed . Of course, just that isn't enough , but that is the essential condition to achieve its 'death'. The same also applied for older Dzenigei . The problem is .... - There are none in our world ? - No . Not a single one . She said confidently with a serious expression . Then Monera continued : - Well , that can't be done anyway as there are too few enemies for you to fight in your world . Now that it is knocking at your doorstep , there isn't enough time . - Before it continues, please satisfy one of my questions . The woman that four meters high - more than double his height - nodded . He said : - What is transcendent ? - A normal living being that is strong enough to pass the limit of its species many times . They can do a lot and one of them is to bypass the ' Undying ' trait of Dzenigei species or fallen dragon . Even if you are one right now , you will still lose if to fight with a weakened Dzenigei one on one . - She points at him - So , strength is not that matter in this case , the morality is the main problem . - Huh ? - Why are you making that face actually ? You know what I mean . - ..... He thinks about it deeply. Yes, he can somehow imagine it. A tyrant that relies on their power to dominate a world can only remain as a loner when that guy lost the powers they have or something they can't handle appeared. Dzenigei species are one. That tyrant will just be killed by other power or nations and that world would be done for. - If you making that face, why don't you ask if I am telling the truth or not? - There isn't any meaning now that we are under the gaze of you guys and if there is any chance you are, we are just that unlucky, and the law of the world will repay your disgusting actions. - That is why I choose you to tell this. I want to support you guys and need representatives. - Support, not save? He smiled: - So you are exactly what our siblings are. - Didn't I said it already? Your ideas and ours are the same. We want to support the world and good citizens, not save the whole world. - You scare that if you do, your actions will limit their growth. He reconfirms it and the woman nodded. Then he asks : - Why me? - Your talents are limited. - ....... What nonsense did this woman say? Limited? This can't be the reason. Why bother with a person who is the worst instead of genius? They may be not much but there must be some. His sister is one. Yuura. - ....... - Seems like you are not convinced. I will put it in a simplified way. You will meet a lot of walls in your path while others aren't. Transcendents aren't scaled by strength, but by the effort that they have spent. Because of that so I said that just by being a transcendent not meant you can defeat that invader. - So they can be weak? - Not too much, but varied. - I see... He looked at his gray, sick skin. He questioned : - What about my sister? - She is fine. Why ask? We won't do anything. She is just like you right now. - Can she be one? - How can I decide that? That's her problem. - She shook her head - I will grant you one wish as I said. And along with that, I want you to cooperate with us. We will help you, and you will help us when we are in need. - Is that in our capabilities? - Yes. - Will you ask us to die? This is the most important matter. - We are cooperators, not masters and subordinates. - Then it is fine. He weighs the pros and cons carefully then extends his small, left hand to the woman's enormous, scaly hand who sat next to him. There aren't any more reasons to refute, and if he is being deceived right now, the law of causality will do its part. - I accept. Thank you for try to help us. - First thing first. - Monera said after separate their hands. - As I had promised, you will have one wish right now. - To what extent the wish could exercise its power? - Small to the scale of one person. - One person? Rhinne doesn't understand this too clear. This small, giant woman explained while putting the picture she held back to the bag. - Literally one person. You can wish to be a bit stronger, heal a critical wound, have a limited esper ability, or for scientists, one good enough advanced blueprint will do. A piece of information can also be a great choice. - She pointed at his sickness, grayish skin - I can remove the sickness that plagued you. He feels a bit uncomfortable. He asked : - So let just say I can be a normal person right now. Won't I die if you throw me back in the world where that great of an invader prepared to eat us all? - We are not barbarians that try to push our only friends to cliffs like that. - She tilted her head - Let me tell you a piece of information: we are very fair so because of that, we will announce the privileges that our apostles received in turn for helping us. One of the ultimate wishes an apostle can make is immortal. - Immortal........ Immortal? So that is how it is. Seems like there are some ways for the apostle's seat to be stolen. He sucks a deep breath, tries to ease himself in his long, simple black leather vest. She pressed before he can say anything: - I warn you as a friend: Don't wish it like that. If you want I'll do that for you, but you will receive the most painful death possible. - She looks straight in his eyes - Try to become transcendent or like me. What you desire can be easily achieved. - You can kill Dzenigei? - Even better than almost every person. He nodded, then pours himself a cup of water. The sunlight in this large kitchen came from the windows, which isn't small at all. He will agree if it was called a gate of a fortress made from glass, though. The plant on the table swayed and opened its petals like a mouth. Some of its branches that were soft as grass, have some budges like the eyes of a snail moving like a tentacle. It created musical sounds while emitting blue light and remnants like a group of fireflies creating a dance in the air. He pointed at it and asked : - What is this? - He stared at it and the plant created a song that was even more ears-pleasing. It twisted its body to follow the music. - Your taste? - It is my hometown's flower. He stood up and walking around the room, looking around like a curious child. He carefully caresses the purple leaves that resemble a bamboo leaf, and it reacted which caused him to walk backward because of fright. A smile appeared shyly on his lips after that like a girl who just tried to touch a cat. Monera looked down on him with her overwhelming height despite sitting still on a chair. - What is the name of this flower? - He tried to interact with it with one finger. - Elinenn. It has a healing property. - She pointed at the lovely plants which were swaying with songs - I love everything about it. At night, they will shine brightly. It is like magic. They seem to love their house, the pot very much. A few drops of lights came from the ceiling and he realized that even more of these plants, or rather, are different kinds, as they boasted different colors and shapes. An area that doesn't have any plants still releasing droplets of light. He walking around to look above, the ceiling. The woman asked with a playful voice : - What do you think about this light? - I don't know. A flower that was hidden by a spell? - Do you like it? She looked back at the picture that poked out of the bag. It was the image of a figure. Rhinne still stroking the flowers and the atmosphere turned silent. A shadow of a being outside the window existed there like a statue and it doesn't move a bit. The flying crane is still there, gliding through the air. Lingering vines of the decoration trees made the kitchen seems natural and fresh. The boy crouched down to looked at the roots of the flowers and enjoy the sneaking roots that moved every time he moved his eyes away. - I like it. Oh? A frog jumped to the table. It breathed and the skin below its jaws bloated up, then become normal again as a frog breathing should be. It blinked its eyes a few times rapidly before jumped to another spot on this small table. The table stretched out to the point he couldn't see its end, but it is still small if compared to a being that could big as a mountain. There are many of these being out there so it is small. A cockroach lingering around on a petal and the way it clean its antenna is cute. - It the food of this cockroach is the Elinenn flower? - It can eat anything that can be eaten. Ainan. She said a strange word and the cockroach stopped its action, redirect its antennas in that direction. With a few small crying sounds, the small creature jumped from the leaf, running through the surface of the table and she stroke it affectionally when it climbed onto her big hands as she lowered her hands for it as a stair to climb up. - It is innocent and cute. - The woman smiled as she caressed the insect's head with her finger with small, blue scales. - It contributes its lives to the world and no one loves it. - ............ He sighed and slowly put his two hands onto the long vest. He looked above and although the ceiling can't be seen by his eyes, there are walls, gardens, tools in this place. It is a clean place and nature seems to be in harmony everywhere. He stared at the cockroach crawling in this world. She let it down. Legs lead the small insect goes away and its body slowly got into a group of plants, disappeared into the green and purple leaves. He corrected his eyeglasses and looked around. A spider that is bigger than an elephant hanging on the wall. - A heaven of insects. - It also has animals and plants. Actually, this place has almost anything. What is your wish? Let me realize it. - Can I delay the wish I have? - Yes. And this is also an exclusive right of being an apostle. You can also activate a system that is equivalent to the immortal wish, revive and reincarnate. - You means I can revive someone or .... revive myself. - But I understand you enough. - She shrugged - You wouldn't do that unless ... And who you are trying to deceive? He looked away from the blush of plants, and the woman let herself sunk into the embrace of the chair. The shield on the wall attracted his attention. Rhinne snorted as he ignores the subject. - I will come to pull you off your grave if you ever perish. So because many are thirsty for immortality, they will try to rob you of your apostle seat, you must prove your abilities to united your species to resist the impending danger. I understand that much. He looks around the humble kitchen. A few pots of flower sway slightly in the wind, a simple, hard-looking shield hangs as a decoration at the wall. - I rather use it for another matter. She broke into laughter. - Uhahahahha!!! That may change with time, isn't it? She stood up and walked to his spots, looked down on the small garden bed. The woman of blue skin asked while picking a few blades of grass. - So what you intended to do? - Uhm ....- He tilted his head - Will I have to smash my head onto the ground right now? He turned back and asked with pure intention : - I have to... umm, cut my wrist? Worship you as my goddess? - None of that. - She stepped back in disgust. He pointed at her face and said : - Why does your face look like you are disgusted? - I am seeing you as filth. - I'm a pure person of my species and have a pure bloodline of my clan, so stop treating me as a half-blood or impure being that born from a girl and a demon. - I was disgusted by your actions. You want to lick my foot and beg me? - No. - Then stop asking those. - She rubbed her arms like she saw a disgusting substance - And stand up. There is much important thing to do now rather than fooling around, staring at the worldly wonder of my house like this. - Then what I am supposed to do? - Follow me, I will give you your room first. This place is large to you.
