TWELVE

"Why are you committing lewdness in the hidden part of the camp, Orenciana? Salvatore?" Commander Apollo asked us angrily. I'm back here in his office again. I'm fed up with these four corners of rooms. I feel that when I am there in his office, he will hang me instantly.

"Answer me"

"Sir, you're thinking wrong. We don't do anything immoral outside the bathroom," I said. How can I tell him the reason without telling Pocholo's secret?

"I am the only one who you should punish, Commander. I brought Beau there. She is not guilty. I forced her", Pocholo answered by my side.

"Pocholo! What are you talking about?!" I glared at him. What is he saying? We signal using our eyes. Based on what I can see, that's the only way he can think of to keep me out of this mess. But I don't want him to be punished. I know Pocholo and I are not doing anything bad. It's just really hard to explain the reason.

"Beau. I'm sorry if I forced you to take you there. Forgive me please", he bowed as a sign of apologizing. I just found out that Pocholo is good at acting. I can even believe that he really forced me. There is a tremor in his voice to make his performance realistic.

I raised an eyebrow at Pocholo.

"Then I'll give you a punishment. Two hundred laps on the open field. You won't stop even when you're done running. Wait for me to come." the Commander said. His voice is calmer now unlike earlier, he was like a dragon spewing fire because of so much anger.

"Yes sir!"

"I'm not forbidding you if you two have a relationship. But I hope you avoid indecency here in the camp. Wait for your training season to end. Do you understand?"

"Yes sir!" Pocholo replied.

"Orenciana?" Commander Apollo asked me with raised eyebrows when I didn't answer what he said.

"Yes sir.."

He even weighed the way he looked at me. It's like he was looking for something in my facial expression. When he didn't see the reaction he was looking for, he looked in Pocholo's direction.

"Go ahead, Salvatore. Take your punishment as a real man and trainee in the military"

"Yes sir!" After Pocholo answered, he glanced at me before he left the office.

Only Commander Apollo and I left the room. I suddenly felt nervous. I remembered what happened earlier. The part where our lips met. Both my cheeks warmed when I remembered that. What will I do now?

"Kiss someone else after we finish kissing. You're challenging me, Orenciana. Who are you thinking now and your cheeks are blushing,huh?" commander Apollo said sarcastically after a few minutes of silence.

"Huh?" I looked at him. Did he notice that my cheeks were red?

I saw anger in his eyes as he looked at me. What is my fault?

"Aren't you satisfied with what happened to us and you kissed someone else?"

"What do you mean, sir? I can't understand you". I was confused by his behavior towards me.

"You kissed Salvatore in the hidden part of the camp!"

"We didn't kiss! Don't assume things like that. Pocholo and I can't do that because.." I can't say Pocholo is gay. When I tell others his secret, he might skin me alive. Just thinking about Pocholo's angry face makes me cringe.

"What huh? What's your reason and you can't?"

"Because.. because.." 'Think Beau! Clear your mind'.

"What?" He challenged me.

"Because..I love someone else!" Oh my gosh! What did I say? I don't love anyone except my parents.

His angry face became more refined. He didn't seem to like my answer. What should be my answer to his question, that he will not be angry?

"Who do you love then, huh?" I couldn't find anything to say. My brain went blank. "By the way, we haven't totally kissed yet, so you don't know how I kiss. I think you are not satisfied with my kiss because our lips slightly touched each other"

Oh my gosh! What he said blew my mind! He stepped frontwards towards me. I took a step backwards. We did that until he cornered me against the wall. I have nothing else to turn to! I was about to leave but he blocked my path with his two arms. I was trapped in his masculine arms.

"Do you want to know how I kissed, Beau?" he said with a husky voice. He called me Beau for the first time! Not my last name.

"I-I don't want to know..can you please let me go. It's against the rules!" my voice lacked conviction. Is that included in the rule book?

"I make my rules. No one can dictate me"

He brought his face closer to mine. I closed my eyes. The heartbeat of my heart went faster! Will he kiss me? Oh my gosh! I suddenly felt a cold sweat. I clenched my fist to prevent myself from agreeing to kiss him.

"Who do you love, Beau? Is it Salvatore? I want to know so that I can skin him alive as soon as possible.." he whispered in my ear.

I think I'm going to pass out. The heat of his breath hitting my ears down to my neck. My hair stood up on my skin.

"Who is he, Beau?"

I closed my eyes tightly. I don't want to talk. Something else might come out of my mouth. Why is he talking like that? He doesn't own me to say things like that.

"I want to kiss you so you don't have to look for someone else. And I'm the only one you'll always think about.." he keeps murmuring in my ears. The goosebumps thou.

"Stay away from me." 'Don't stay away'. My mind says the opposite. Oh my gosh!

I heard her laugh softly.

"Your body reacts differently to what you say"

I felt him getting closer, little by little. My heart beat faster. My surroundings are spinning because of the trembling I feel. I can feel it even with my eyes closed. What's going on? Darkness swallowed me.

"Beau!" Commander Apollo called loudly when he caught me.

I lost consciousness.
