Staring at Declan's worried face made my heart skip a beat.
I was pacing Daniel's office, my heart beating faster as time went by.I found myself in an unexpected situation and I saw no way out of the labyrinth. Scratching my head,I groaned, annoyed:
Why couldn't I find a way out of this? Worst ,where was Daniel?
When I wrote a letter to the vampires few days ago,I never expected them to come meet me this soon.
From the way I saw it, meeting me as soon as possible wasn't the matter, but Daniel's sudden disappearance was troubling me.
How could he just vanish like that and none of his warriors saw him leaving?
Where could he have gone too without telling anyone and worse closing his mind link?
