Chapter 5

Pov Ava

Today is finally the holidays but instead of resting or enjoying my holidays I'm going to train with Louise. We've been walking for 2 hours and I can't take it anymore

Ava: Where are we going Louise?

Louise: You'll laugh but I think we're lost

Ava: No, that's not possible Louise, you're not supposed to have a map," I said angrily."

Louise: Well normally I do but I forgot the map at home and it's too late to go back.

Ava: That's not possible Louise" I sigh "do you even know where we're going?

Louise: Yes, we're supposed to go to the  Red Dragon Mountain.

Ava: We'll get a dragon then.

Louise: So all this time you haven't changed there's no dragon there

Ava: Yes, but in the meantime, it's not because of me that we're lost. I suggest asking passers-by, maybe they know.

Louise: Yes, that's not a bad idea

We start to ask the passer-by but none of them know until an old lady comes to see us

Old lady: You're looking for the red dragon mountain

Ava: Yes do you know where it is

Old lady: Follow me I will take you there

Louise whispers: Are you sure we can trust this old lady?

Ava: Yes, since she says she knows where it is we just have to follow her

The old lady starts to move really fast and it becomes complicated to follow her and we end up having to run to catch her and for an hour we follow the old lady without stopping

Old lady: We have arrived now, you just have to go up to the top

Ava: Thank you ma'am

Old lady: You're welcome, it's always a pleasure to help people

I take the time to observe and I see a huge mountain with lots of trees and there is a fog that prevents us from seeing the top of the mountain

Louise: Well, now it's time to climb to the top

Ava: Yes I'm ready

We start to take the path to the top of the mountain

Old lady: ( Well not everyone would be able to follow me and this girl did it Louise I'm not surprised but I'm impressed with this girl and I can't wait to see what she will do in the future )

Ava: It's tiring, I feel like we've been walking forever.

Louise: Well we've only been walking to the top for 5 minutes so let's get a grip Ava

Ava: Okay, fine

We keep going up a bit and the fog gets thicker and thicker and suddenly a giant wolf comes out of the fog and attacks us

Ava: What do we do Louise "I'm scared of the wolf".

I turn around and start looking for Louise but I don't see her anywhere and the wolf is still there and then he tries to grab me but I dodge his attack

Ava:( So what should I do besides Louise is not here I think I should just attack her with my magic and maybe he will run away )

I decide to concentrate my magic in my point then I do the same for my legs and I move quickly and punch the wolf then the wolf runs away

Ava: Phew it's gone now I just have to get to the top and it doesn't matter if I lost Louise

I keep going up and the higher I got the more enemies there were and I try not to hurt them badly and finally I get to the top and there is a little house and I decide to go there and I see Louise and the old lady from earlier having a cup of tea in a terrace

Ava: You're serious Louise, I thought you were killed by a wolf" I said angrily."

Louise: You're really underestimating me and we've been watching you

Old lady: Yes, you have a reinforcement magic that allows you to increase the power of your blows and your speed, it's quite impressive, you even managed to give a blow to the mountain guard

Ava: That was the guardian, I thought it was just a wolf

Old lady: Yes, now you have to ask yourself what your training is going to be

Ava: Yes I want to know

Old lady: Well you can always go and change your clothes, it's almost time for dinner

I go to shower and change my clothes and decide to go find Louise and I see a blood bath and I see the grandmother on the kitchen floor and I hurry to see what is going on

Ava: What happened here?

Louise: I tried to make food but I couldn't

Ava: Yes, but what's this on the floor?

Louise: Oh it's tomato and the old lady slipped on it and fell

Ava: I understand better now let me make the food in that case go out of the kitchen Louise and bring the old lady with you

Louise: Yes, I'm taking her

Louise takes the old lady with her and I clean up the mess Louise made and with the remaining ingredients I make a vegetable soup

Pov Louise

Grandma: You're still terrible at making meals but at least this time I won't have to eat what you make

Louise: What I'm making isn't that bad

Grandma: I assure you that if we eat your food we can develop an immunity to the poison

Louise: It's so bad  "she cries"

Grandma: Yes, and you didn't tell me much about this girl you brought me, she's your daughter

Louise: She's not really my daughter, Rose brought her home 7 years ago, she's grown up with us, she's a demon but I love her, I consider her as my own daughter

Grandma: I see , I'm sure that she will become strong in the future

Louise: What training do you have in store for her?

Grandma: Well, I'm going to give her the katana of the very first demon king

Louise: That's crazy, even I can't carry it

Grandma: Don't worry, everything will be fine

Pov Ava

Ava: The meal is ready come and eat

The old lady and Louise come to eat

Grandma: You made a vegetable soup that looks good

Grandma starts to eat and she thinks it's really good and Louise does the same

Louise: It's really good

Ava: It's normal because I'm the one who cooked it

Grandma: Well from tomorrow we will start a serious training, you got it Ava

Ava: Yes I understand, I'm going to sleep, I've been walking and running all day.

Grandma: Good night

Louise: Sleep well, give me a kiss

Ava: No I'm too old for this now Louise stop being a baby

Louise: Yes I understand after all you are big" she has tears in her eyes"

Ava: See you tomorrow

I'm going to one of the two rooms in the house and I'm going to sleep

Pov Louise

Grandma: Now that she's gone to sleep in a room it means there's only one room left

Louise: Yes, you're not wrong

Grandma: You're going to sleep on the couch and I'm going to sleep in the other room

Louise: No, that's not fair, I want to sleep on a bed too

Grandma: But I'm old and I need to sleep comfortably, you know.

Grandma goes to the other room and then I decide to go to the room where Ava sleeps so I can sleep with her I go in and then I go and sit next to her in the bed but she wakes up

Ava: What are you doing Louise

Louise: There are no more rooms available so I was wondering if I could come and sleep with you

Ava: No, go sleep on the couch and stop bothering me

Louise: Please let me sleep with you just for today" I kneel down in front of her"

Ava: Well just this time come on and don't do that anymore you shouldn't kneel in front of me

Louise: Yes thank you" I give her a hug and then decide to lie down next to her."

Ava: Good night

Louise: Thanks  you too

Ava and I eventually fall asleep

Pov Grandma

I'm on the phone

Telephone conversation

???: So they arrived safely

Grandma: Yes, so far everything is great , don't you think you're worrying too much about them Rose

Rose: Yes I know but they are really important to me

Grandma: Don't worry about it and then tonight I managed to bring them together a bit, they're sleeping together and I noticed that Ava wasn't really the emotional type in front of people but she really likes Louise

Rose: Well I think it's time to leave you, it's getting late

Grandma: Yes we'll talk another time

I hang up and decide to go to sleep

The next morning

Grandma: I think it's time for me to go and meet them

I come out of my room and I'm surprised when I see Ava and Louise who are already preparing breakfast

Ava: You're coming to eat old lady

Grandma: Yes, I'm coming

We have breakfast in a good mood and then we decide to go outside to start training

Ava: What will the training be like?

Grandma: You see that katana" she points to the katana on the ground"

Ava: Yes I see it

Grandma: I'll give you one week to lift it and you can't use your magic

Ava: That's all, it won't be difficult in this case

Ava approaches the katana and tries to carry it but she can't lift it
