Logan
“Logan, I have your files for you to look over,” my assistant stated. In twenty minutes, my father was calling the board in to have the final vote on partnership. I made sure to dress up in my best suit and tie combo to impress the old man.
“Thanks and have you seen Deidra today?” I questioned.
“No, I haven’t; is there something you need? I’m more than capable of handling anything you might require.”
“I’m good. Can you get lunch ordered for two people? After the vote today I think we will both need something to cheer us up. Make sure to order the best bottle of wine.”
“What about your meeting with Jacob later today?”
“Cancel it or have him meet with my realtor on his own. I think Deidra and I need a little alone time.”
