Adler and his staff was full of excitement, and Maia was smiling seeing them happy.

Adler then asked Maia,

(Do you really think that what you did was right? I mean we announced the news fake even it was true.)

I know the news was true but we used their strategy against them, Maia said.

What strategy? Adler asked.

Come on, don't tell me you are dumb as hell! Maia said.

W-What? I am not a genius like you!

Adler replied with a embarrassing thoughts under his smile.

Ok, do you remember what happened a year ago in crypto? Maia asked.

Yes, a Hacker placed a bug in their stock market and they lost all the people's money, but Crypto returned all the money people invested without any gain or loss, Adler replied.

Ah god! I can't believe you believed that, Maia said.

Then tell me what happened at that time? Adler asked.

|A year ago the Crypto used a strategy called (Pump and dump). People and many companies were manipulated to invest a huge amount on crypto, this was enough for crypto to gain value not only in this state but in the whole world. But this strategy was being applied with a twist!

As crypto gained billions from millions they faked that their money was stolen and acted as a victim, and they returned the amount that was invested by the people and companies in order to suppress them if they complained. They already had gained hundred times more money but they kept it to themselves. People were not angry because their money had been returned. With time crypto invested the money in international share markets and gained more, Maia said |

Wow ! Who told you that you are just a kid, Adler replied with a surprise and smirk on his face.

I should go now, my money will automatically get transferred into my account with profit, Maia said as she picked her bag and leaving.

Adler following her, trying to ask her something.

Hey! Stop, let me drop you off, Adler said.

No, thankyou I don't wanna get in trouble and being noticed by your fan girls, Maia said while turning her head back.

Adler just smiled and got back to work.

______________As Maia reached home.

As Maia entered the front door she was welcomed by her annoying sister who kept bragging about the money she gained by investing in Mr.Con's share market.

Maia just ignored her which made her sister (elven) angry,and she called her mother complaing about Maia being late and also she saw Maia talking to a mysterious man on the street.

This triggered her mother and she came running to scold Maia.

Maia was sitting on the couch and looking up to her sister and mother Maia knew she will be scolded by her father too and then grounded for this nonsense.

But she didn't seem to bother it Unless Elven didn't saw the man clearly she was talking to.

Maia was scolded by her father too in the evening and her mother kept praising Elven for gaining so much money.

How much had you invested? Maia asked Elven breaking the silence on the dining table.

Ah...I don't remember but what I do know now is that I am rich now with 150k dollars, Elven replied.

So you are telling me that you don't remember how much money you invested just 3 hours ago? And you don't remember stealing 10k from my account, Maia asked Elven making her stumble on her words.

You didn't need that much money to buy a laptop and also I will return it if mom says so, Elven replied.

As Elven knew Maia was planning to move to a new apartment this month after she will be 18.

Because I didn't wanted you to take it away from me like you always do and then hand it over to elven and she spends my savings like a spoiled brat what she already is, Maia shouted.

Stop your nonsense already, father said.

And yes we are moving to centre city tomorrow with my money and their is no need for you to rent an apartment, you can live here, Elven said.

What you are moving to centre city already and without me? Maia asked.

Yes, because you said you want to continue your studies here remember and besides mom,dad had got a new job in center already, Elven replied.

Maia was shocked that her family is abandoning her,they didn't loved her but she cared about them. After this she really wanted to stay away from them.

Silence spread the dinning table and the drama continued.

Maia was thinking about her birthday coming next month and this didn't even bother her family.

She acted fine like she didn't care,but now only thing she awaits was her freedom.
