The next morning her family Started to pack their stuff and saying goodbye to the neighborhood.

Maia watched them leave and her heart was not as free as a bird.

For the first time in her life she could Rome around even she was grounded.

She could talk to anyone and could go anywhere she wanted.

Maia's POV......

My heart was pounding and I never felt this light in my whole life.

But if only I hadn't handed my all money to Adler yesterday Elven would have known my secret.

Hoshhh!!!! I scoffed, it's already 9 I am late for college.

I immediately put my casual outfit and walked out of the house, and what I saw was shocking.

Adler is outside my house.

W-What are doing here and how did you find my address? I asked.

Come on! i am not that dumb.and I just wanted to see you as you were offline since yesterday,Adler said with a smile.

I need to hurry,I am already late, Maia said.

Come on, I will drop you and I will not show myself up....ok, Adler said .

You know what? It's ok now as my parents and my annoying sister are gone, Maia said with a smile.

Author's POV........

Adler nodded and understood her reason of her behaviour before.

They both drove off.

As Maia reached school and got out of the car. Adler's car catched the attention of every student.

Maia walked out bidding goodby to Adler.

She walked to her class as usual.

Lunch break...

In the lunch hall a group of bullies including 3 trendy girls and 4 muscular boys headed towards Maia and one girl tried to start conversation.

This didn't bother Maia even she new what those bullies were about to do.

Hey! I think you are new here? The girl asked.

Oh! no I am not it's been 2 years now, Maia replied frankly.

That means we are your classmates, ow! you poor unnoticed girl,

the girl said awwing while bending down a bit.

Oh, I am sorry but i am not an attention seeker, Maia replied and stood up ready to walk away.

Don't worry noone wants to pay attention to you, the girl(Sarah) said caressing Maia hair a bit.

Oh stop this drama now get to the point Sarah, another girl asked the first girl bully in a high pitched voice.

Ok ok Anni, Sarah replied.

So why were you with Adler this morning? Are you really that gold digger b***h?, Sarah asked Maia.

Why don't you ask him yourself? And I am sure that he will give an answer that will satisfy your curiosity,Maia replied without any hesitation.

Listen you b***h! Stay away from my man, Anni yelled as she pushed away Sarah from her way.

I don't care about your so called man,

We work together for Mr.Con that's it, Maia replied shocking every bully.

There is no why that you can work with him,Adler would never accept a partners, Anni said.

Then why don't you ask him and get of my back, Maia said annoyed by the situation.

Hey hey heey! You must be rich if you work with them? Then why won't you ever act supreme over other? A grumpy voice coming within the bullies asked.

Maia knew who he was,

he is Max,the richest brat and all the girls drool over that boy.

Because as I said I am not an attention seeker and how could you know that I never acted supreme over anyone? are you a stalker, Maia said with a smirk.

Hearing Maia's words Every body started to aw and Max was now looking like a tamato and he gave a smirk towards Maia.

Maia gave them a glare, triggering Anni.

She rose her hand to slap Maia but before she could, Maia trashed her hand away.

Before anything more could happen bell rang and Every body walked back to their classes.

Maia walked away leaving those bullies behind in a huge disgrace.

In the class room Maia was sitting at the back and she found Max staring at her.

She scoffed it off with annoyed face and concentrated back on the lacture.

After school...

Outside the school those bullies tried to mess with Maia again.

They all encircled her on the street while Max was looking down to his phone and Anni was about to push Maia to the ground.

When a Adler's car stopped besides them.

Adler got out of the car and when he saw Maia being bullied he laughed.

Oh you already made some friends? Adler said to Maia.

Shut that hole you i***t, Maia replied.

Seeing Maia and Adler being too frank Anni lost it.

Adler was standing beside the car crossing his arms and talking to Maia.

Anni approached him with a soft girl face.

Hey! Adler it's been a long since we met, Anni said to Adler.

Oh! Hey! I am sorry do I know? Adler replied while walking towards Maia.

Anni was shook and embarrassed that Adler ignored her and he didn't remembered her.

Adler grabbed Maia's hand laughing and told her that they have work to do.

Adler opened the door for Maia and Maia gave a smirk to the bullies.

Anni was frustrated and other bullies were laughing while Max had a concerned look on his face.

Days passed by and Anni and her gang never got off Maia's back .

Maia kept ignoring them as always.

Financially Maia had led a good life but her parents didn't knew it.

With Adler she had earned more profit and more income.

They both enjoyed each other's company.
