[phone rings] "Ah!Who is it in the early morning.... " I wake up yawning and receive the call. "Hey Lucy! are you ready? " I heard Sara's voice from the opposite side of my cellphone. "Ready for what? " I reply her in sleepy voice. "Are you still sleeping? Lucy!!! R u Insane? what about the interview? huh? " she is yelling at my ear. "stop yelling Sara... it's early morning.. let me sleep(yawn) " "Lucy, it's 9 am. Look at your clock" I look up for my clock....... oh.. my... god.. it's 9:15am & I was sleeping for so long time.... & the thing is I'm late. "Sorry Sara...!!! " I sigh at phone. "It's okay... no problem but now get up & please go.... otherwise I'm gonna be kicked out from our association. " she assures me with a pleading voice. "Do you think I can do it.. because I never interview anybody ever & even I'm not from journalism... I know nothing about it.& I never saw him before. Sara!! He is Aaron Walker, the superstar & the best racer in last 4years & I'm..." "His interviewer. you are his interviewer & he is your interviewee.And you are a would be doctor so you know how to talk to people.And even I never saw him but I would go but I can't you know. So stop doubting & be confident...... and go & show up please. " I just cut off by her words. "(sigh)... okay. I'll try my best. please take care of your health. I go for a shower & start to get ready. Sara & me are best friends from childhood. Actually, we are inseparable. But when we got into high school our stream changed. I took medicine as I want to pursue medicine as my career & she chose journalism. Now she is studying journalism & I'm in medical school....so I don't have a single idea of journalism.But today, I have to go and interview the playboy, F1 racer in her replacement as she is so ill she can't go. Jeremy will go to her parent's home & take her here tonight. Though we are different stream but we stay together in this Richmond apartment. Jeremy is my one of the best friend... the right word is family. We three are a real family. I come out from shower & grab my rob. Take out my hair dryer & complete my hair done. I get ready myself & wear my jeans, tops & ankle boots .Actually I'm never dressed like much girly girl. More over I'm not that into those dresses. I grab the recorder, interview paper & take Sara's car as she told me to take it because My one is so classic that it doesn't suit in Grand Prix.I drive off to Silverstone. Today is the 2nd day of Silverstone grand Prix. I don't know what is going to happen as I'm going to interview a millionaire playboy Casanova who is the best racer in this generation. Grand Prix going to start from 2pm now it's 1:30.I don't need to worry as I have VIP tickets which Sara sent me in mail. Thank god I don't have to rush in time. When I reached there the race haven't start. I find my seat in paddock club. Wow!!! These are fantastic. I can see all the racers are getting ready ..... I'm getting excited to see the race.Its qualifier...& next day will be the final.The grand stands are full with visitors & supporters. All are shouting their idols name. The race start with an blowing sound. oh god! my interviewee is on the pole position! In first 10sec Aaron Walker takes the lead trailing by Steven Harmil in 2nd position.After a long time Aaron is still in pole position.The commentators are so excited & say, "Aaron is keeping his pole position even in 35th lap & now only 17 lap is left & Steven is trailing him still, Lucas & Robert are behind them. It's seemed like We will see Aaron again on a podium." I only know about F1 rules & nothing more than that but Sara is so much into F1, she knows everything about these. I heard from her that Aaron & Steven are the rival in F1 & not only in the Racecourse but also in real life they have a complicated relation but no one knows the reason. Everyone thinks that the cause may be because of their racing career. I was reading the questions of the interview paper where these questions are present & I have to ask him reason. So I am practicing how to do that & my focus is so into the paper that I forget about the race. Suddenly, "Bamm bammm bamm!!!" I just startled & get up to see what happen........... "Alas! What a disappointment! Aaron Walker hits his car to the wall!It's a heartbreaking news for Walker fans as well as for himself........ Due to his extremely reckless driving Aaron Walker is disqualified from this year Silverstone Grand Prix....... " Commentator continues. "His car is still in front of the wall. Is he okay? " I exclaimed. "Aaron is coming out of his car & he seems fine but he is looking disgusted by his disqualification. It's a mishap that Aaron Walker cannot take part in this year's British Grand Prix. " Commentator keeps on announcing. "Whoa whoa whoa!!! we get our champion.... it's Steven Harmil & Robert overtakes Lucas & get 2nd position & Lucas ended 3rd." Commentator announces. I don't know why but I feel bad for Aaron Walker. He is the best & most talented F1 racer. His disqualification makes me feel sad, though I'm neither his fan nor F1's. Whatever I have to do my job & that's the interview. So don't be bothered by these win or disqualification. I just get up from the VIP hospitality area & thinking about the interview as he got disqualified. Will he allow me to interview him? But suddenly a voice interrupt my thoughts. "Hey! Lucy! What a pleasant surprise." I startle & turn around to see the person. Not here please(murmuring). "You're here? how could it possible? huh?" I didn't want to reply but I say"What are you doing here Ric?" Ric laughs & replies, "You know, how our family are! & now I'm with F1 team. I mean F1 lawyer." "oh! good" . " So Lucy!what about you? same passion..D..O..C..T..O..R..silly you!! you have so much middle class of thinking.Your parents should be ashamed of you..whatever meet my fiancee.... Georgina. She is supermodel."Ric insulted me & indicates a blonde girl smirking with him. " Hi! I'm Georgina Anderson. Supermodel. You must be Lucy Gilbert... right? the ex fiancee of Ric? huh? " Georgina asked with a smirk in her face. I don't reply her question & just say"Nice to meet you Georgina." "yah! same feelings Lucy..... I'm sorry for your break up but I can understand why it happened. " she does a fake concerning face. Ric grins & starts again, "you are still single right? so poor of you? " Now the blonde tells Ric, "baby! she is so average.That's why she is single & look baby how she dressed!" Georgina says with a disgusting face throwing at me. " " whatever Ric, Gina I have some important job here... so gotta go okay..... bye .. nice day. "I am about to leave the place but Ric starts again.." Lucy, you know I'm so sorry for you! I know you're no special but though everyone deserve some good....but you don't know how to use it. Because I was the best thing ever happened to you. And you lost it too..because you deserve nothing. And look Lucy that's why I want to help you now. " I was so pissed off that I finally answer them boldly but calmly "look you two it's none of your business that what I do or what I'm wearing or am I single or not. So don't you dare.Its my life & my concern & I can handle that.Thank you for you kind jesture".I just blow off & leave the place. They were just humiliating me in the middle of VIP hospitality area & I was so uncomfortable under their words & gaze. My eyes are filling up with tears but I controlled it & go for my hotel room. Today evening in the paddock club party, I have to go because I have to meet Aaron Walker. But my mood is so doomed by those shitty Ric & his supermodel blonde girlfriend.I sit on the bed in my hotel room.All the dark past come rushing to mind again...I cannot but tears falling down through my cheeks.The days of past start to haunt me again again & again.
