A week.
A full, agonizing week since Stella opened her eyes, and she still won’t see Mitchell. She barely sees anyone, and no one can get through to her.
We returned to Gray Shadows a couple of days ago. Stella said she wanted to go home. She wanted to be in her own room. So, Dad said it was time to go.
