Luckily, Moon Rock Pack was only about an hour and a half away, from High Tide. When we pulled up the truck was still unloading. We got out, there were lots of pack members waiting out front clapping and cheering. Ezra pulled me in close, and he kissed me. This made the crowd cheer even louder.

As we got closer to the front door I spotted Ansel and his wife Siobhan, Maikiah's parents and their Triplets Aries, Sutton, and Maya, and their second eldest sister Solan and her mate a warrior Named Dean. Solan is also pregnant but she’s further along.

I walked up to them, and so did the twins, I was so happy to know some people from this pack. While all the pomp and circumstance was happening. I couldn’t help but have a nagging feeling in my stomach. But I chose to ignore the negative.

The pack house was gorgeous, whereas High Tide led more towards beachy homes like bungalows and beach houses. Here at Moon Rock Pack it was all forest and the pack house looked like a big log cabin and I mean big. Ezra showed me around to his office and my connecting office it was a blank slate literally nothing but a file cabinet.

He showed me the dining hall, I introduced myself to all the kitchen staff they all seemed so nice. So far everyone has been very welcoming. I heard a few whispers about how this was the first time they’d seen Ezra smile. He showed me to the training grounds that’s where I met Gamma Wilson he was running mid-day training they were having a mixed martial arts class.

“The training facilities are all new it was one of the first things I had done when I became Alpha. We also have an indoor training facility for severe weather.” He said seeming proud of his endeavors. We Were folk didn’t worry too much about the weather, because our wolves kept us warm enough, but in some cases such as pup training those under 15 who didn’t have wolves extreme weather can be awful.

He took me to see the indoor training facility, it was super modern it was a dome over fresh grass it also came equipped with weight rooms and a pool. After he showed me the gym we went back to the pack house. he showed me the game and movie room it was full of unmated warriors so we didn’t stay long.

Then we headed through the front door and there was a sexy black car waiting for us an M4 he said as he opened my door.

“ Where are we going”? I asked I was so curious.

“ To the other thing I worked on since I became Alpha and I’m excited to show you, I hope you like it”.

We drove about 10 minutes up the side road that led up the mountain. We passed a cute little cabin. At the base of the hill.

“ That’s where the head Omega for where we are going lives with his family”. He said I guess noticing my interest.

We drove a little bit longer I think about thirteen minutes passed us by. “ Look baby we're home”. I was so stunned to see a beautiful large modern cabin sitting on the top of this hill. It was all black with wood paneling, and dark stone on the chimney with tented windows everywhere. We pulled up in front of a massive garage. Must be for all those cars he loves.

“We can check that garage later”. He said snickering at me. Is he reading my mind or something I looked at him. We headed to the door, it opened from the other side. And before I knew it my feet were off the ground and I was being carried bridal style across the threshold. He placed me down gently. And kissed my head. In front of us. Stood 8 people, all with smiles on their faces except for the very big man in the back.

“First we have Tomás and his mate Celina and their son Russell”, Ezra introduced as I shook their hands.

“Nice to meet you Luna I take care of the grounds and the cars as well as any maintenance around the house with the help of my son when he is not in school, and my wonderful mate here does the cooking and house work With the help of Angelina here”. A young meek girl stepped out from behind everyone.

“It’s really nice to meet you all, really I can’t wait to get to know you better.” They bowed. “ If you’ll excuse us, Alpha, Luna we have to get back to work.

As they left the room all that were left were four Big men. “ Baby this is my security and of course by extension yours along with Wilson, 'cause he’s your Gamma. I’d like you to meet Dustin a young blonde and brown-eyed guy who stepped up in his business casual. “You must be the chameleon I blurted out”. He looked at me with his head tilted in confusion.

“ I didn’t mean anything bad by it, you just don’t seem stoic and scary like this one, I pointed to the really big guy.” Ezra, Dustin, and the guys I had yet to meet all laughed”

“Well, Luna your observation is spot on. My boyish good looks allow me to blend in just about anywhere” he said proudly.

“I’m Eli”. Said a husky voice, this guy had dark brown skin and hazel eyes with a short curly black haircut. He was taller than Dustin maybe 6’3 or so.

“Hello, Luna, I’m Nikolai, a little nerdy-looking guy with glasses who was kind of jittery, shook my hand. He's tech I just know it. “ I’m the tech guy. I’m also head of weapons”. He stated proudly.

“And last but not least this big guy here is Marion. He’s our muscle and the sweetest you’ll ever meet”. Ezra said smacking his arm on Marion’s shoulder. He didn’t even flinch.

“Outside of these four, my ranked and their mates, and our Omegas, no one comes here without permission,” Ezra stated to me very seriously.

The guys all waved bye and headed back to their duties, Marion just nodded.

“ Now that it’s just me and you, I want to show you our home”.

“ Why don’t we live in the pack house like the ranked, there is an Alpha floor correct”?

“Yes, and we do have a room there if we need to use it. I like my privacy and I always just wanted a home for me and my family. And of course, the pack is family but the one I created. Also, I have other businesses that I don’t want to be accessed so easily.”

“let me show you the house we can talk shop later”.

So we walked through the entry of the home, when you first walk in there is a big black blank wall. There is a credenza and flanking each side are tall bamboo trees. On The sides of the wall are walkways that lead around to the grand room. The ceilings had to be about 20ft high, with floor-to-ceiling windows, that happened to be bulletproof. through the windows I could see the most beautiful lake, the water looked unreal like Icelandic. In the great room, we had two huge couches and four armchairs, this room was designed for conversation only. Behind the great room was a massive kitchen with light wood and white cabinets with a huge wood island in the middle and dark granite and dark tiles on the wall. The contrast of dark and light colors gave it an airy, spacious feel but a warm and cozy loved kitchen. Next to the kitchen was a large, light wood dining table, with black velvet chairs.

Off the kitchen, he pointed to a small room that belonged to Angelina. “Since she’s not mated and out of school she’s with us 24/7”. We walked to the other side of the great room that led to his office. The walls were black and one wall was full of art, the other wall had bookshelves but instead of books, there were only records. In the middle of his room set his desk. A big mahogany wood desk, in front were two light brown leather chairs, and up against the art wall was a sofa. On the final wall was a small bar.

We headed downstairs first. There was a gym, and media room that fit thirteen people along with a popcorn maker and other refreshments stand. He showed me the security room where Nikolai and Marion currently were. Then we headed upstairs. He showed me random bathrooms and some empty guest rooms down one wing of the house.

“This is our wing”. He stated as he showed me a few more random rooms, there were four of them.

“There’s a lot of empty rooms in this house for a man who likes privacy,” I said. He simply smiled at me and looked lovingly into my eyes. “I plan on filling as many of these rooms as possible as soon as you let me.” He smirked

I looked down and blushed. He chuckled and walked off. I followed after him, we came to a double door. There was a fingerprint scanner to get in. “ Only those with access can get in and we’ll know who entered. He had me scan my pointer finger. And I opened the door.

The room was gigantic, It was a deep gray color on the walls. The bed was huge it was bigger than the average king bed. The sheets were gray also but the comforter was a deep velvet green. The room smelled just like Ezra. We walked deeper into the room there was a nice sitting area with a large couch tablea large flat screen TV on the wall. Then he led me into the bathroom and goddess the shower was massive. the tub was in the shower and there was still room for at least four people. It had very bright white walls and marble tile, a big contrast between the two rooms.

Through the bathroom were two closets his and mine. His was a darker wood, moody and dimly lit. Mine was a bit larger. Filled with all the things my mother packed and she did more than lingerie shopping.

We walked back out to the room and he showed me another door, which connected to a smaller yet decent-sized room. “ this will be the nursery whenever we have pups so they are close when they are young”. He said. And through that room led a door to a safe room only me and Nikolai could access it.

Finally, he took me outside to see the land. There was a fire pit and a big tree near the lake perfect for a swing. He showed me the smaller but decent-sized cabin that housed the guys. He ended the tour by taking me to a sunroom that he had converted into my studio. It was beautiful.

“What do you think of your new home sunshine”?

“I think it's beautiful and I’m happy it’s ours”.

He picked me up and spent me around, “So how about we eat a give Celine the night off from cooking since she and Angelina have been unpacking all day”? He asked me with a big smile.

“Sure I can eat”. I replied.

“How’s pizza and wings sound”.
