Love Me Like You Did

Chapter 7

Amelia' POV:

"YOU GUYS WHAT?" Madi yelled. "Don't kill me." I yelled as I cover my face with my hand. "Oh, I'm really going to kill you" Madi said as she gritted her teeth and showed me her knife. How was she able to sneak a knife at school?

"Get ready for your death wish." She said as she slashes the knife into my face, when I suddenly woke up. Checking myself if I got hurt. No bloods and no bruises. Thank god, it was just a dream. My air-con is on but why am I sweating, big time? s**t, it felt so real and so creepy. Because of the weird and creepy dream, I had a hard time falling back to sleep.

I sat on my window and did some thinking as I enjoy the cool breeze. "What will our future holds?" I asked myself. Really, that's the question you asked yourself? Can it be something like, what song are you going to sing or why are having this kind of dream?

Speaking of dream, I know that you are all excited on Madi's reaction right? I didn't even expect that kind of reaction from her.

(Flashback)

"YOU GUYS WHAT?" Madi yelled. "Don't kill me." I yelled as I cover my face with my hand. To be honest, I thought she would kill me but her reaction was different. Instead of her grabbing a knife, she gave a loud squeal. "O.M.G! Are you guys friends already?" she asked.

"Huh?" I asked as I was shocked from her reaction. "Wait, are you not mad? Madi gave me a confused looked, "Huh, why do I be mad at you?" she asked. "Because I got hang out with your crush and it happens we dropped you off." I explained.

Madi thought about what I've said for seconds then turn to face me. "So" she said with an eyebrow up. "I don't care."

"Huh?" I asked with a confused looked. "Come again?" Madi gave me an assured smile. "I said that I don't care. You are my best friend while Nathan is my crush." She said. "I don't get it." I said as tried to analyzed her message. "What I meant was, if ever that you've gotten closed then I have a chance to get close to him." She explained. Now I see her point.

"I got your point." I smiled when I thought of something, "Oh my gosh, if Nathan and I got close then I can be close with Quiel." I smiled.

I was able to look at Madi reaction. Let me be honest, we reaction was different. It's battling with herself but she quickly covers it up and gave me a smile. What was she thinking by any chance, probably something stupid so I just shrugged it off.

(End of flashback)

So, that was Madi's reaction when she found out about the drive thru Nathan and I did. Is it just me or is it kinda weird that her reaction was like that. If those were the mean girls, I'm pretty sure that I'm dead by now.

My thoughts were interrupted by the cold breeze, the feeling was just amazing. I happen to look at Quiel's house, whose lights are still open. I'm jealous of their family. Quiel's parents are super rich that they don't have to work abroad at the same time, they are always complete. That is something I've ever wanted. I notice Quiel is inside his room with a girl.

Why did I felt pain? I must not care if he has a girlfriend right? I watched them as Quiel gave something to the girl and that made the girl so happy, she hugs Quiel and kissed him on the cheeks. SHE IS ONE LUCKY GIRL!

The girl finally went down and left Quiel. Without any warning, Quiel turned to my direction and saw. s**t! I started panicking but to my surprise, Quiel smiled and wave at me. I was shocked but I was able to back at him.

Quiel motion to me to stay while he went inside and get something, I did what I was told and waited for him. Seconds later, he went out holding a paper plane. He throws the paper plane and it landed on near my window. That's how close are house is.

Out of my curiosity, I picked the paper plane up and unfold it. There was a message inside and it said, "Why are you still awake?" I smiled at the letter and replied back, fold it into a paper plane and threw back at him. I can see that he smiled at my response, wrote something threw it back.

If you are wondering what my response was, sit down and let me tell you.

In my response, I told him that I woke up from a weird dream and couldn't go back to sleep. Which is true. What was his response? He just said that if ever I need help or couldn't sleep, I just called batman. That can definitely work, If I have my very own batman.

I replied with a smiling face and asked him why he is still up. He responded that there was a small family gathering. His cousin is getting married so he gave her his gift.

So, it wasn't his girlfriend but his cousin. Why did I felt so relieve. As if, I got a chance with him. Keep Dreaming Amelia that would never happen.

We kept on exchanging paper until one of us is exhausted and wanted to sleep. I threw him the last paper plane stating, I'm tired and need to hit the hay. I still have classes tomorrow. He replied was, Thank you for your time and before I could forget what is your name?

I replied back and waited for his response.

Silly Quiel! All this time, he doesn't know my name. Does he even know that we go to the same school? Let's find out.

He threw back the paper plane. I opened it and was shocked at his response; I know that we go to the same school. Is just that I can only remember your pen name which is batgirl.

He did remember me. I didn't reply back, instead I smiled at him and gave him a wave. Same goes for him. I went to bed happy and inspired to wake up early in the morning, wandering what just might happen tomorrow
