I was shocked. I looked at Alpha Julian and Tiffany incredulously. “The drink you asked for?” I said interrupting their intimate moment as they could not stop eating each other’s lips. “God, you b***h!. Are you blind? Julian is busy.” Tiffany said angrily with a slap landing across my face. I could feel the rage from within me as the meal dropped off my hands with Alpha Julian watched the whole scene unfold without saying a word. I have never thought he would be this cold and heartless towards me after what happened between the both of us five nights ago. “I guess the Alpha can get his meal then!.” I blurted out angrily while still staring at the broken plates on the floor. “What did you just say?, You just called your Alpha by his name.” “You rude, stupid b***h!.” Tiffany said attempting to give me another slap. “That is enough Tiffany!.” I said holding her hands firmly from doing that. I could not tell where the courage came from but that was my first time standing up to her. “Know your place Selene, Leave right this instance!.” Alpha Julian said ordering me out of his private chambers. I hurriedly walked out of his chambers trying to control the tears that had already formed up in my eyes. ***************** Dinner was ready but Alpha Julian wasn't back home yet. I’ve got lots of things to do, but I had to skip them for the meantime just to make sure Alpha Julian had his meal, or else Ms. Grace will have me dead if he goes to bed without eating. When I heard the Alpha had returned, I quickly went to the kitchen, I had to steam the food in the oven since Alpha Julian hates cold meals. Before I got to his room, he had made his way in. I gently pressed the doorknob, pushing the door open. Alpha Julian was lying on the bed, and I could perceive the shocking smell of alcohol which stained the atmosphere. On my way to his room, I overheard some maids saying that Ruby had broken up their engagement for no reason which made him heartbroken. I was not a fan of his relationship with Ruby even know I had never met her but I had no say, I was just an ordinary maid bound to serve the Alpha. “Your Majesty, your food is ready,” I informed him. “He didn't say a word so I turned to leave.” “I’m not hungry.” His deep voice sounded. I turned “But your majesty…” He did not let me finish talking, he cut in. “Take the food away.’’ I went to take the tray of food when he called me back. “Come here/” “I… Me… Your…” I stammered thinking I might have heard him wrongly. “Yes, you. Come here.” My body began to tremble as I slowly walked to his side. He sat erect, his eyes heavy from the too much alcohol he had taken. I stood before him, but he held my hand, pulling me up beside him. “Y… Your majesty.” “I don't want that food, it is you I want.” My eyes bulged open, and a loud pounding could be heard from my chest. “Me?, Why me?’’ “Y… Your majesty, you are drunk. You need to get some rest.” I said, my body hasn't stopped trembling from the fear. All I wanted was to leave this place for good, but he hasn't given me any chance to. “I don't need any Ruby. I need you.” He said. I could tell that it was the lady that broke his heart, I had not seen her before, or could it be that we looked alike? “Alpha, my name is Selene and not… He cuts me sharply. “Are you trying to lie to me again? After you had promised to wait for me. You just left me, you left me in the dark, and now… You’re trying to deny the fact that you are my Tiffany?” I could see the bitterness of betrayal in his voice. The surging pains of loneliness. “My name is Selene, your maid,” I explained. He sighed, his hands which were on my face were taken off as soon as he realized that I wasn't Tiffany. “You would have been the perfect Luna for me.” He said, his voice low and cold. “It is not too late to find a new mate, Alpha Julian.” He scoffed. “It's pointless trying.” “No, you are wrong, it is not. You still have a long way to go. We all need you, I need you. Losing her isn't the end of the world, there is still a home to find the perfect Luna for your life.” I encouraged him. He didn't say anything. His eyes moved from mine to my lips. I couldn't imagine it was what I was thinking. He isn't planning on kissing me, is he? “You remind me of her.” I tried to pull back, but I felt his cold hands on my cheeks. A cold feeling ran through my veins, causing me to shiver. My breath seized for a brief moment, I exhaled slowly as if my nostrils were thin enough to let the air leave freely out of my lungs. His hands moved on my jaw, slightly raising it. For the first time, I was staring into the eyes of my Alpha. I knew he had these beautiful blue hazel eyes but I never had the chance to look into them until now. Though they were covered with tears, they still held their beauty magnificently. “Please… don't let me go tonight. I don't want to remain like this.” I looked deeper into his already wet stained eyes. “Your… Majesty…” I couldn't find the words. “Please… don't say no. I want you. I want you now. Please… don't go away. Don't leave me like she did.” “I… I…” He leaned his face closer to mine, I could feel his lips pressed on mine as he gently kissed my lips. I didn't want to return the kiss but I saw myself betraying myself. As his lips grabbed mine, my body instantly responded and I kissed him back. Slowly, passionately with satisfaction. With a kiss, Alpha Julian dragged me onto the bed. Even as he pulled off my clothes, I couldn't resist his touch and the way his lips moved around my delicate body parts. When I got to realize myself, it was already late. His continuous thrust into my sensitive skin and the moans that escaped my lips only made things worse. It wasn't my intention to let him sleep with me, I just couldn't explain what went over me to let him have me tonight. Tears trickled the corner of my eyes as he went deeper in and out of me, pouring his pains and satisfaction inside me. I just committed my sin with my Alpha. My Master and to make matters worse, he is back to his mistress five days later.
