Broken Soul

Ellenvilla is a small, dusty, dry town, with nosy neighbors, less then perfect schools and a dead end. This is the type of town with teen pregnancies, abusive relationships, and where status is everything. It has one shopping center, one big retailer and one fast food store. It is the perfect place to retire in and that unfortunately is where I was born. I was born on an average Sunday, my mother went into labour while she was in church, which is ironic considering my issues with faith. I was born Shelley-Ann Watts, to Adrian and Tori Watts. A healthy, beautiful baby girl, if my mother is to be believed. I am currently 30 and have 2 older siblings - Torian who is 42, Amanda who is 38 and not so little anymore, Simon who is 26. I would like to share my story with you, because I feel that it is important for people to know that life is not perfect, never was and will take a miracle to ever be. Join me on my journey as I take you into the lives of my family, each one sad and complicated, and we can delve on generational curses or... whatever, just read, breath and exhale...
