Nong - Word uses for someone younger than us, likewise it can be anyone. ------------------------------------------ Chapter 1 He wore white button up shirt and black pants, dressed neatly with a matching tie. He is holding a file that has certificates and his application number card. Like him, there are so many people's waiting to get called by their names and everyone has hope in their eyes about getting a job. Yes, it's an interview that was held in MSJ Corporation hiring Secretary for CEO. He looked around and sighed 'will I get this job?' There are so many girls, just few boys. Those girls dressed themselves in body tight dresses, cleavage dresses that showed their breasts and wearing short skirts. 'These girls are came for an interview or seduced the CEO? If he is a p*****t, one of them is going to select. I don't think I will get a job here.' he thought. A beautiful lady came in front of them and clasped her hands.. "Attention everyone, Am Saina from the HR department. Am the one who is going to interview you all. Before that I want to tell you something. There are 130 applications for the post and you guys already have the application number. Am going to select 5 finalists and for those 5 candidates, the CEO is going to interview them. Is that clear? Then shall we start? Uhmm one more thing, the CEO fired 5 secretaries in the span of one month. So I hope someone here will last long." Everyone mumbled something and said yes. Saina informed her assistant to send applicants as per their application number card. He looked at his application number card.. It's 64. He sighed again. 'If they want to select one secretary, they can select directly. Why do they have to give hope to 5 people and at last they are going to select only one? That CEO must be an asshole and 5 secretaries in one month..he is surely something..jerk' he thought. "Alex Anandana?" The HR assistant called him. He went inside the HR cabin when they called his number. As smart a guy he is, he got selected. Now he is waiting in front of the CEO cabin, which is on the top floor. Whole floor has only one cabin: the CEO cabin. He is waiting on the sofa with another 4 girls. Alex's POV I sighed nth time. Am sure I won't get this job. Look, these girls are beautiful, smart and wearing revealing dresses to impress the CEO. Where am I? Am just an ordinary man. Of course I am smart but I don't have boobs to reveal. Again I sighed. Well, finally the interview started. Those girls went first, one by one. I got confused when they didn't take much time to barge outside of the CEO cabin. What's happening inside? Just 5min enough to interview someone? One girl came outside with a sad face, the 2nd one with a fuming face, the 3rd one with an embarrassed face and finally the fourth one with tears. What the f**k happening? Is the CEO doing something to them? Then that CEO must really asshole. When it's my turn, I knocked on the door. "Come in" I heard a deep voice. I went inside. He is immersed in the file, which must be my resume. I greeted him. "Hello Sir. My name is Alex Anandana." He looked up to me. I was stunned. Damn he is so handsome. Thick eyebrows, perfect nose, thin lips, sharp jaw and those eyes. Honey brown eyes.... His eyes.. Dark and blank eyes. There is no emotion in it. Are those eyes a black hole? If it is then I am ready to dive in it, I don't want to come back. I observed he also froze for a second. He cleared throat and I came to my senses. "Have a seat Mr. Anandana" I smiled and took my seat. "So Mr. Anandana, you are here for a job. You know being my secretary is the most difficult thing you are going to face in your life." He said in a blank voice. A small smile appeared on my face. "Mr.Rattana, are you trying to scare me? If it is, I am afraid because that's not going to work." I said in confidence. Yes, I know his name. I searched about the company before coming to Interview sadly I didn't see any photos of him. He raised an eyebrow 'so hot' I thought. "So brave." He said. A proud smile appeared on my face. "Well.. There are so many people out there, why should I give this job to you? Can you explain yourself?" He asked. "I don't know about those people. I don't even want to compare myself with them. I want to learn from the basics and I have the capability to carry things in a good way. I have confidence in myself that I can handle this job as your secretary very well." I said in a confident voice. He just nodded. "Well.. Good.. You should come to the office before 8am and make a black coffee for me. Am quite a clean freak so you should maintain neatness in my office. There is another cabin beside mine, you can use that. You can start work tomorrow." He said. My eyes widened in surprise. I was hired by him as his secretary. Sure my face is glowing by now. "Does it mean I am selected?" I asked to confirm. He just nodded. "Thank you Mr. Rattana. You won't be disappointed in selecting me." I said grinning. He nodded. 'Can't he give atleast business smile?' I thought. "You can go now." He said but those words didn't go in my ears. Am again stuck in his eyes. Aiden's POV "P'Aiden" "P'Aiden" "P'Aiden" I sighed. He always follows me like a puppy. From morning to now, It's already afternoon. He is following me. If I have class, he will wait for me outside. Didn't he have class? I turned back. He smiled from ear to ear. "Nong, Don't you have class?" I asked him. "P' are you concerned about me? You know phi, Am very intelligent and I can cover everything.. Phi please phi.. Just one coffee with me.. How about black coffee?" He asked in an energised voice. It's true. Damn he is so intelligent. Topper in his class. He is in first year highschool 16 years old, where I am in first year college 18 years old. "Kiddo still you can't miss the class." I said in a warning voice. "Phi I asked you yesterday but you said no.. If you came with me yesterday.. Today I was able to attend my class.. So it's your fault, phi that I didn't attend class." He said pointing fingers at me. I sighed again. He is tricky. "Phi please just one coffee.. A black coffee?" He requested again. "I don't drink black coffee." I said to him, I don't want to go with him. It doesn't mean I hate him. I clearly know he is hitting on me. He is just a kid but I belong to the mafia.. I don't want someone hurt because they are close to me or they know me. "Ohh I thought black coffee suits your personality.. What phi do you want, pink milk instead?" He said wiggling eyebrows. Damn this kid. He is teasing me. I glared at him. He giggled. "Phi.. Come on.. Have one cup of coffee with YOUR NONG?" He emphasised lost words. I know why he did. Three days back I saved him from bullies. Those bullies are senior high school students. I told them never to bully him because he is my nong. I told them like that because they won't dare again. Now this kid is bragging about that word. "Phi... Please na na na" "Phiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii" "P'Aiden na na na" "Sir" "Sir" "Sir" My thoughts disturbed by a knock on my cabin door. I wiped tears that were brimming from my eyes. I fixed myself. "Come in" Saina from the HR department came inside. "Sir, I finalized 5 candidates. Here are their resumes and they are waiting outside for the final interview. Can I send them?" She asked while handing me the file. I nodded. She went outside to call them one by one. I sighed. It's giving me a headache.. Can't I have one secretary for too long? Whoever came as secretary for me, they started to seduce me. f**k! I need a secretary, not a b***h. That's why I fired whoever wants to get in my pants. I started to interview the first 4 girls. I want to shoot all of them at once. f*****g bitches. They are already trying to seduce me. One girl came inside and without wasting a second, she sat on my lap. My blood boiled and I pushed her to the floor. b***h!! All the four girls are the same. Finally a boy left. I took his file, as if cue I heard a knock on the door. I said come in. He introduced himself but I furrowed my brows looking at his resume. There is a photo attached on that CV. My heart beat rises. I instantly looked up to see him. I froze. His face is a little similar to him. Is he? He also looked at me intently. I looked at his face. 'No he can't be? My nong died long ago. If he is my nong.. He lunged at me for a tight hug when he saw me.. So he is not' I cleared my throat. He came back to senses. I interviewed him. Well, I am impressed by his answers. Quite a confident guy. I selected him. "You can go now" I said to him and again immersed myself in the file. But there is no response from him. Again I looked up.. He is staring at him.. Like searching for something in my eyes. I cleared my throat again. "Mr. Anandana, I want to remind you of something." I said, as I was twirling my pen. "What is it, sir?" He asked me. "Don't fall for me." I said in a blank voice. His face instantly fell. "Why can't I?" He asked in a sad voice. "Because I already have someone that I love so much." I told him. Yes, I love my nong so much. It's never going to change. He just nodded and went outside after bidding goodbye. I fished out my phone and called my best friend. "Tong, Come to my office." "Sorry man.. Am busy I can't-" I didn't let him finish his words. "Be here within 10minutes" I said and hung up without waiting for his answer. I know he must be cursing me now but I don't care.. I again picked Mr. Anandana's file. After 10minutes, Someone barged into my cabin. Yeah my friends never knock on the door. "I have an important case to solve, why did you call me?" Tong yelled at me as he slumped on the sofa. Even though I am a mafia leader, my friends won't be afraid of me. Am just a friend to him. Even my nong is never afraid of me. I went near him, sat beside him and handed him a file. "Background check on him." I said to him. He sighed audibly. "Aiden.. You have mens.. Can't you give them? I know you won't trust anyone who works for you. You always check their background whenever you hire someone.. You can assign someone.. Why me? Am a police officer.. I have my works." Tong rants again as if I am listening. I rolled my eyes. He sighed again. He knows I won't involve my mafia mens in my business world. He opened the file and froze like me. "Aiden.. Who is he? He is familiar.. I think.. He looks like.. " Tong confused like me. "I don't know who he is? I hired him today as my secretary. So check on him." I said to him. 'May be.. May be.. ' "Aiden.. Do you want me to check on him whether he is a threat/traitor or why he is familiar?" He knows me well. He sighed again. "Aiden, Don't get your hopes high. There is always a word in the world that few people look alike. Maybe he is the one. Your nong is dead long ago. It's been 10 years, Aiden. You should let go. He won't come back. You should move on with life." He said with a sad voice. "It's been 10 years Tong.. But I don't want to move on.. I loved him, I love him and I will love him." I said while holding my tears. Tong hugged me. My friends Know the pain I went through. They are with me in my pain. Tears rolled in my eyes. I lost my nong, my baby, my love 10 years back.
