Roman had already left the Smith residence several minutes earlier. He had no idea what was about to happen behind him. As he drove farther away, a heavy feeling filled his chest. It became so strong that he couldn't ignore it anymore. He suddenly turned the steering wheel and pulled the car over to the side of the road. "I can't stand this anymore," Roman said angrily. "Brother, what's wrong?" Betty asked softly, leaning closer to him. "Don't touch me," Roman snapped. "You're the worst one of all." Betty froze. "Hey," she said quickly, "I was only trying to support you-as your sister." Roman grabbed the steering wheel tightly. "If you hadn't told me all those lies about Ava Smith," he said coldly, "we would already be married and happy by now." Betty opened her mouth in shock
