Rhett My mind swam through a river of fog, and no matter how hard I struggled, I couldn’t focus. I was in a haze, and couldn’t open my eyes, nor hear anything. Soon, I forgot where I was, who I was, and why I needed to wake up at all. Pain started as a seed and blossomed into a deep ache. A small voice buzzed in my mind, urging me to wake up, only for me to be lulled back into the fog. Would it be so bad to stay here? The fog embraced me, caressing me into its grasp. Witch. What was that? Something clinked in the distance. The fog encapsulated me, pulling me deeper. Witch. Where am I again? The pain grew, and the fog consumed me, making the pain faded. Witch. Who… uh what…? The fog engulfed me, holding me captive. The small voice buzzed, and I desperately wished it would silence.
