CHAPTER ONE
Diana:
"Where am I?" I asked frowning in confusion. I felt I was lying on a soft bed, then I looked around and I felt something strange in my body so I immediately checked on it.
The hell?! What happened?!
I had no clothes and only a thick blanket covering my naked body.
I breath deeply as the delicious smell of cooking food spread around. I was surprised to see a topless man cooking when a gust of wind unexpectedly blew open the curtain covering the doorway. Smoke filled the air above him.
Who is He?!
What?! Why am I in a room with a naked man?!
I sensed his approach, I could feel his movements and hear his footsteps getting closer.
My eyes widened and I frowned so I immediately got up while tightly holding the blanket to cover my naked body.
"W-who are you?!" I asked loudly as I hold the blanket more tightly.
He entered the room carrying a tray, but that time he already had a shirt.
"Uhm. You're awake. I cooked something delicious for you," he said. He has a deep voice, a tone of voice that most women look for.
"I'm not asking you about what you cooked and I don't even care how delicious is that! Just tell me what the f**k why I am here and why do I look like this?!" I was chasing my breath.
He just smiled and put the tray on the side table.
Shit! What's wrong with him!
He took a bowl then he transferred the hot soup into it.
"You better have to eat this before I going to tell you what happened last night." He took his food and started to eat his own food sitting on the sofa.
I just stared at him, he has pointy nose, muscular body, pinkish lips. My gaze lowered. Damn! His fitted shirt made his six-pack abs and a big biceps really obvious.
He sipped the soup and he caught me looking at him.
"Just looking at me will satisfy you so much that you won't feel hungry anymore," he said and he sipped the soup again.
W-What?! How dare you!
"Seriously? You think I'm staring? Try eating while you're wrapped up in a blanket!," I rolled my eyes.
He put down his food then he stood up.
"Pff! As if didn't see that," he whispered to himself.
"W-wait! What did you say?!" I shouted.
What does he mean?! No way!
"Nevermind," he said then threw me a black shirt and a long pajama.
How do I wear it?!
"It's big! Isn't there something a little short?!" I snorted.
" How dare you be so picky! I'm tall and muscular—of course my shirt is going to be bigger than yours! It's up to you if you want to wear that or not," he hissed. He continued eating.
Tf!
Then how am I supposed to wear this if he's in front of me?!
"Can you turn around first?"
He looked at me evilly then he held his food tightly, he ropled his eyes and he faced the wall.
I quickly stood up and immediately wore the shirt and the pajama.
"I'm done," I said.
He faced me, "Eat now. It will lose its flavor once it gets cold." He left the room.
I took my food and started eating. I sipped the still-hot broth, and it felt like I hadn't eaten in three days. I quickly finished my food because I was so hungry.
After I finished eating, I leaned back against the bed.
I looked around the room. It was fairly large, with wooden walls, a sofa, a side table, and a large cabinet. A window offered a view of swaying trees outside.
The surroundings are noisy because of the crowing of the chickens and the sound of the trees caused by the strong wind.
I sat up abruptly.
Am I in a forest?!
I remembered what happened that night. I was walking alone when I felt something strange in the area until some werewolves came out, I fought them but they were getting more and more. I ran away but they chased me until they caught up with me. I fought until my body was weak and then I don't remember what happened next.
"You alright? What's with the shocked face?" he asked. I didn't feel him come in.
I need to know what happened. Did he know my identity? That I'm a werewolf? How did I get here? And if he knew what I am, I should kill him.
"Tell me what happened," I said.
"I was walking to fetch water when I suddenly saw you unconscious on the ground. I almost left you, but my conscience got the better of me, so I carried you here and brought you inside. I won't ask what happened because I'm not interested in your life, so you can leave when the sun sets; I assume you'll be strong enough by then."
" Did I have any wounds when you found me?"
"I didn't see any wounds," he answered.
I breathed comfortably.
Okay. He doesn't know who I am.
He was about to leave the room. "Just one more question," I called after him, "why was I naked when I woke up?"
He chuckled, "if that's what you're worried about, forget it. I'm not into you." He went out.
The s**t! Who the hell are you!
I looked at the window and I saw him walking, I guess he's going somewhere.
After he left, I immediately stood up and left the room. His house is small but clean and tidy. In the living room there is a chair and a table made of wood. The living room can also be seen with various furniture that has a design. I feel like he is alone in this house. I also left the house and looked around, there are many trees, and I can see a variety of fruits.
There are also chickens to be seen outside. This house is far from the city because no sound of cars can be heard.
How does he live here? He has no neighbors, no one to talk to, and far from the sights.
But there's only one thing I can be sure of in this place, peace of mind is found here. I noticed an orange cat playing outside. Its fur is thick and its tail is long. I noticed that the sky was getting dark so I went inside immediately.
I thought I'd just take a shower after all that man wasn't here yet. I took the towel hanging then I went straight to the bathroom to take a shower. His bathroom was clean and fully equipped but it had no door and only a curtain was hanging to cover the inside of the bathroom.
I immediately took off my clothes and took a shower.
After I finished showering, I sat in the living room. The rain wasn't stop yet, so I decided to stay a while longer before leaving.
As I sat there, I recalled what had happened. I didn't want to go home yet, and I didn't want to face them all. I want to think clearly and relax my mind and body first.
I wish I had a place to stay that is peaceful like this place.
I snapped out of it when the table clattered—a glass of brewed coffee. My eyes shot up, and widened in surprise as I saw him/her standing before me, also holding a glass.
How long was I lost in thought that I didn't notice him/her arrive?
"I'll wait for the rain to stop before I leave," I said.
"You have to stay here," he said, sitting down.
Whut? How did he know?
"Lately, you wanted me to leave, right? Besides, I need to go home, they might be looking for me."
"I realized you owe me something, and you need to pay me back," he said then he sipped his coffee.
I thought for a moment. "Huh? How I owe you soemthing? What are you talking about?" I asked.
"Just think, if I hadn't saved you, you would have been eaten by wolves and left to rot there," he said.
"B-but how-"
He suddenly stood up and said, "you can't leave until I say so. Don't be difficult, okay?"
"Wait, where are you going?" I asked him.
"I'm cold, so I'm going to lie down on the bed," he said, then entered the room.
I made to think, It's okay to stay here for now, since it'll be hard for them to find me as long as I'm in this place.
Suddenly a strong wind came from the door and I immediately felt cold. I sipped the coffee and leaned on the sofa.
When I finished my coffee, I stood up and slowly walked. I glimpsed him inside the room.
He was sleeping facing the window while the blanket fully covered his body.
I slowly entered the room and quietly lied on the bed.
Shjt! There's no extra blanket?!
I was shocked when he suddenly shared the blanket to me and let his right arm wrapped me.
"Excuse me?" I said.
He just pulled my body towards him and wrapped me tightly.
I just nothing to say as the cold I feel in my body gets warmed.
"One move I'll fvck you hard," he said deeply and wrapped me tigthly.
