I sobbed.

And it came back to me, the reality of where I am. But I chose to wait for him.

One hour passed.

But the banquet started to end and no Isaac Govender came to save me. Walang dumating na Isaac para tuparin ang pinangako niyang dadating siya bago ang banquet. Pinangungunahan na ako nang panghihina ng loob. The wall I made that trusts him slowly vanished.

Until the banquet officially ended, he never came. And it was the last time I saw him.
