With moist eyes, Diana kept her gaze fixed on the laptop's screen. She saw the men, moving forward and then, one of them walked and stopped right in front of their main door. He then, took out a gadget from his pocket and put it inside the door's lock.
"Finee....I will sign these papers...Just stop them, Alex...Pleasee...." Diana said in a loud voice between her sobs.
"Go ahead then, honey." Alex gave her a black fountain pen and said, with a really gentle voice, while looking at her wet eyes and face, intensely.
After looking at him for a short while, Diana cleared her vision, with the back of her palm and then she did it. She signed the marriage certificate without reading a single word of it and then dropped the pen on the papers.
"Max, tell them to step back right this instant."
