The Girl who Loved

            There shown a big mansion and two people inside are literally shouting. Well, they are arguing on something. And their faces are shown; a girl of age around 23 was shown, she is fair and her beautiful black eyes with full-lined kajal are filled with tears. She is quite tall but not tall as the person who is facing his back to her. So, it is a man but not her boyfriend, it’s her big brother who is facing his back to his sister because he doesn’t want to see his baby sister crying. He can bear anything, not this!         He is 6 feet tall with a well-built body, well-trimmed beard and a perfectly combed hair. He was wearing a suit which clearly shows he is a business man. And yes, he is our HERO, Angad Jaykar, the young business tycoon, billionaire at a very young age. But the world knows him by the name AJ. He will not like if anyone call him by his first name (only their grandmother will call him Angad).         AJ was still showing his back and again said, “No Sam, we’re not going anywhere and that’s final”. By hearing this Samaira (Sam) started to cry inconsolably. Still she continued to say, “I love Neel a lot, bro. I truly love him. Neel and his family want to meet us and make our relationship official. So, they have invited us to their daughter’s wedding. I cannot upset him and his family by not showing up to the wedding. We have to go brother. Please….!             “Samaira”! AJ shouted losing his control. “I told you at first itself that you are not allowed to date someone until you are 25. But now you are saying that you are in love with someone. I can’t accept it and I can’t allow that so called someone to hurt you. This is not love; it’s just an attraction, Sam. You are just having an infatuation towards that person. It cannot be labelled as love”.         And for the last time I’m saying that “we’re not going anywhere. Now go to your room……! He literally shouted that last few words.          On the other hand, Sam too loses her control.         “What you have in your mind that everything should happen according to your wish. After mumma, papa’s death, everything I did from choosing my major, where I have to study till the extra-curricular, it’s your entire wish. Just because you asked me to do, I did everything for you. But, you can’t accept my one wish….. And also you talk bad about my feelings. How could you say that? Even you have a girlfriend, did I ever say to you that your feelings are not love, this, that…..This is beyond limits bro. If dad and mom are there with me now, I’m sure they would have supported me in this. And you…..         She was stopped by their grandmother,             “Stop it…!” Sam.         Sam ran to her room crying.         AJ said to his Granny that he has some important meetings and left to his office. He also said, “Take care of her” before leaving. At night             AJ returned home, got freshen up and went to dinner table. He saw his grandma is already waiting for him. But there is no sign of Sam.         “Good evening grandma,” he greeted her by taking his usual the head seat and asked where Sam is? Did she had her dinner?         “She is in her room”, Angad and have not eaten from morning. “I tried to convince her lot to have some food but she is very adamant like her brother”.         AJ looked up his grandma in amusement         “Yes you are”         She takes his hands in hers and said, “Love cannot be controlled by anyone, it’s a feeling, we don’t know when and why, but it happens. Once you are in love, then nothing can be done to change it”.         By hearing this AJ got distracted on remembering something.          “One can never forget their first love, Sam got her first love”. Yes, I agree that she is young but you cannot disrespect other’s love. From her words I can clearly understand how much she loves that boy. “I am not saying that he is perfect for our Sam, but he might be, you know”.         “Just for once you leave this to her, we will go to their place and see. After that we can decide”.         AJ stood up and took a plate filled it with some food and went upstairs to talk to his younger sister.         Knock, knock….. The door isn’t open         Again knock, knock….. No response.         “Okay! We’re going to the wedding”. That’s it. The door is opened.         Sam is smiling brightlyJ and something striked her, “Are we really going?”             “Yes!”             “Ohhh my gawddd”, thanks bro. Thank you so much….. She said hugging her brother.             “On two conditions”, he replied.             Sam looked up her bro and asked, what are that two conditions? First – promise me, you will not skip or reject to have your food at any situation. Your health is more important than others Second – I will only accept your relationship once I felt he is perfect for you!             Ohhh, I’m sure, you will love him and his family. They are really very sweet, you know. She said having her food.                 AJ sat beside her and said, “I’m sorry Sam, everything I did for you because I felt its right for you. But I don’t know that this will have this much effect on you, you should have said it earlier”.             Sam hugged her brother and said, “I know bro. you will do what’s right for me. But for this one time listen to me, you will surely like him” and I’m sorry for what I have said in the morning.              No, you don’t ask sorry, said AJ kissing her forehead.             Before leaving the room, he returned back and asked when the marriage is? When we should be there?             Oh, I forgot to tell that, its next week bro.             “Week?”               “Yes, you know it’s a typical Indian traditional wedding with lots of rituals and customs. It will happen for one week full. So we have to be there for all the functions”. She replied                 One week full! Then I need to cancel all meetings, AJ gave a tired look.                 “Chill bro” you can do it by video conferencing. No problem….. Ok, Good night, Sam said and closed the door. Because she doesn’t want hear any excuses, anymore.                 AJ went to his room thinking of Sam, “this marriage is either going to give Sam her love or take away from her, forever!” Anything happens I will support my sister no matter what and will not anyone hurt my sister; he thought to himself and went to bed.                 Little did he know that this will not only change his sister’s life but also his life too…..
