Falling in love with Marbat Luke

"Hey Micky, are you going to Friday's party? I heard it's gonna be sick. The campus biggest guys and hot chicks are gonna be turning down the party and guess who's coming too, your crush Marbat Luke is gonna be there" Drew said. Drew is my roommate and my childhood friend and apparently,our parents are good friends too so we technically grew up together in Benington Hertfordshire,went to the same high school and now, same college. "Nah you pulling my leg" I chuckled. Besides, I told you a billion times already that I have this project and it has to be submitted Friday midnight sharp or I will fail the course and surely you don't want me to fail or do you? "Why do you have to be a dork bro? what happened to making all our dreams come true? the hot sorority girls and living our lives to the fullest huh? What happened to all of that." Drew getting all worked up and hell bent convincing me to go to this party. "Ok" I said but only for a few hours because I really have to submit this stuff by midnight. Now,that's the Mickey I know! I'm sure you won't regret this. "I'm already regretting this" I said... Now it's Friday, I had to wake up early and go to the basketball court. I may not look it much but I am the captain of a basketball team. I fell in love with basketball when I was still in high school. It is an amazing sport and whenever I go to the basketball court then,I will always do the free shot and surprisingly,I'm a good 3 point shooter. "Yo Drew!,I'm hitting the court" I shouted as I made my way out of the dorm. It was just a few minutes jog to the basketball court and on getting there, almost all the squads had arrived and already practicing. "Yo hommies" I said. "Hey cap" they all synchronized. "3 minutes past 7, you are late to practice cap,you know the drill,50 push-ups" says Smith. Smith is my teammate and my course mate and he is one of the best in the team after me of course. "I could have sworn I got here earlier than that" I tried to talk my way out but to no avail. Smith is a really hard one to convince when it comes to practices. No excuses cap unless you want to top it off with 30more push ups he threatened. Hell no! I'm doing the 50 right now I quickly got on the floor and do the 50pushups. Then after that,we practiced shooting for the next 3hours. After the practice, Smith and some of the guys walked up to me and said "cap,you going to tonight's party? it's the talk of the campus for days now and it will be sick if the school basketball champions does not turn up. Of course,we are the party. If we are not there,who is gonna be there! I said. Oh and least I forget guys,no scandal tonight ok,we don't want to lose our next match on Sunday against the freshmen of Cal-U. I heard they are really good but not as good as we. But for real guys,don't get wasted tonight. I'm saying this as your captain,ok? "Yes sir!" they all echoed. I jogged back to the dorm after practice and I couldn't believe Drew was still asleep. "Get your ass up you sleeping beauty!" I said as I jumped on Drew who is still fast asleep. "Get off me you sweaty smelling i***t, atlest shower first before you jump on my bed!" "Nah,I am hungry,make me breakfast" I tossed around on his bed with my sweaty shirt and he got pissed and pushed me off his bed. "Now you have done it" Drew said. He grabbed the pillows and swinged them at me. "Okay okay,I'm leaving you alone" I laughed as I made for the shower to freshen up. 10minutes later and Drew was finally up. What are we having for breakfast chef Drew? I am short of energy please. Why won't you be, when all you do is jump on my bed at every slight opportunity you get. What's your deal with my bed again he said. Well,I just love it. It's so much fun to annoy you and get you worked up. Consider it mercy from me. Mercy? you nut job. So, about tonight's party, any plans? Who are you going with? I'm going with you,you are my plus one. You don't plan on ditching me are you? Wait what?plus one? you are on your own man. I am going with Becky. You are replacing me for Becky? same Becky? Yeah, same Becky. What's wrong with her? Absolutely nothing. Well,I'll go alone and hopefully I see someone who's gonna keep my company throughout the night. Crazy punk, yes I'll tag along with you. Since I insisted on you going in the first place. So what are you wearing tonight? "I have no idea but whatever I'm gonna wear, the team's jacket is going to be on it." What about you? I am going to rock my new Air Max that's for sure.
