The waterfall

Miane's POV

It has been a few days since my birthday my father and Jeandre left again the day after my birthday. My mother says that it has to do with neighboring packs. For the first time, I was allowed to wander around the yard alone since I now know about the wolves and everything that goes on around here. I decided to go explore the forest that is a part of our land. I make sure to tell my mother where I am going and she packs me a backpack with water and snacks just in case I get thirsty or hungry along the way. We have gotten even more closer in these few days than we have ever been. I have been walking for a while when I hear loud water. I make my way to the noise and then I see it. The most beautiful waterfall I have ever seen the water is so clear that I can see the fishes swimming around. I so badly want to get in the water that I don't even care who sees me I take my clothes off and swim get in the water with just my underwear on. This water is strange it is not cold and not hot either it is just a nice temperature. I swim and sing and splash and laugh in the water like a small child I just love being in the water. A scream escaped my mouth when something grabs ahold of my leg in the water but when I look down I see the man that has been wandering around my head these past few days. He emerges from the water laughing, I feel so stupid for screaming and I splash him with water for scaring me. "Well hi there beautiful water fairy I didn't see you there," he says with a big smile. Suddenly I feel shy about my underwear and I try to swim away from him to get my clothes but he grabs my arm and pulls me back." Dont swim away from me please" he begged me. "I just really missed you" he is still holding my arm and weirdly I start to feel relaxed. He must have felt me relaxing because he pulls me a little closer to his body. My mind is telling me to panic and get away but my heart wants to stay. I feel safe in his arms. "The ceremony will be tomorrow night. I am begging you please don't reject me. Give me a chance to show you that I am a good guy. That I can take care of you." he sounds as if he is on the verge of crying. I smile at him. And move away from him a little. "I plan on taking the potion tomorrow. But I can not promise you that I will accept you. I hardly know you." I see the sadness in his face and he starts swimming away "Wait" I say as I grab his hand to stop him. But I quickly leave his hand. As I grabbed him electricity flowed through my body. I saw the shock on his face he must have felt it too. Suddenly my heart feels warm for this guy and I just so badly want to kiss him. I bite my lip trying to stop myself from kissing this guy that I hardly know. "f**k this," he says and closes the space between us and in a split second his lips were on mine. I kept feeling the electricity flowing through my veins but it felt good but not as good as his lips attacking my lips. Then I feel his warm tongue forcing my lips to open as soon as his tongue entered my mouth I pulled away. "I... I'm sorry I'm new at this" I apologize. "New at what?" he asked confused while he still holds my body close to his. I blushed and tried to get away but his grip was firm around my waist. "New at all this. Being so close to a guy, kissing, and everything. I Uhm, I have never had a boyfriend before" he smiles at me and pulls me even closer. "Well you don't know how happy that makes me actually." he kisses my forehead and lets me lose just a little bit. "I stopped you because I wanted to tell you that you didn't let me finish. I do not know you but that does not mean that I don't want to get to know you." I didn't think it was possible but his smile grew even bigger. "So what do you want to know I will tell you anything" I swim away from him and get out of the water I can feel his eyes burning on me and I rush to put my clothes on.
