Spiritual Healing

chapter 1 The day started with a sudden uplift of light and healing powers of energy that shone through every aspect of my being. There was a white and yellow brightness around my body that comes from spirituality. Everywhere I went I was asked for advice and help which enlightened everyone and sent some healing powers through my advice and help; this helped them come to terms with what I said and get them to understand and move on peacefully. I’m on a spiritual retreat trying to find myself and who I really am and what I want to be and concentrate on the here and now and focus on my future. I live for freedom, love, respect, self worth and wellbeing. My life was spiralling out of control and I couldn't forget them and get out of my problems that were weighing heavy on my mind, body and soul. I have never felt like I could be deserving of others because of the pain, hurt, abuse and betrayal I have received. I can’t take my own advice but I give everyone else. It makes me feel I have helped people other than myself. Now it’s my time to re invent myself. Im on this spiritual retreat to awaken my senses and give my life fulfilment and make me feel worthy of others. We wake up every morning when the sun rises; we grab glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and we then go for a five mile run. When we get back to camp we get to eat a nutrional breakfast and then grab a shower. We start our circle of healing for two hours and we talk about why we are here and what we need to improve on and enhance, enrich our lives with the help of the retreat counsellors. Nick who’s one of the counsellors started the group off with his own life problems that he worked on and how he came to be a counsellor. Nick has dark short hair, a mysterious sparkle in his eyes, medium build and long legs; he is wearing a blue suit top with a black dazzling tie with black trousers which make him look sexy. Then you come to me and i am called Chantelle and i am wearing a low cut red and black A-line dress that makes my figure very sexy indeed i have blonde and brown curly hair which i always style in loose curls i also have a mysterious sparkle in my eyes. I have two children and I'm finding it very difficult to cope because my first was born very early and was in hospital for a long time before he came home when my first son was one we found out my second one is due in march and came at the right time so i felt like I’m in a good place at the time but it’s hard looking after two children and it got to the point where I feel like I’m struggling to cope i think i just need to have some spiritual healing i need to carry on and get out of the funk I'm in and brighten up and make sure my children are cared for with love and amazing memories for life at the same time my energy is very low everyday and it is a huge struggle to stay awake.
