“Come Miss Mira.” Dixon told me touching my shoulder. I nodded to confused to speak. I followed behind Dixon with Duke right beside me. Duke, I realized stood as tall as me when on all fours his fur was white as snow, with deep indigo marking across his body, but his eyes were what stood out the most they were as red as rubies. “Master Dixon greetings to you.” I looked around Dixon to see a young and beautiful woman with sea green hair and amber colored eyes. “Kehlani.” Dixon said back. “Oh and who is this beautiful woman?” The woman named Kehlani asked as she came to a stop before us. “Hello Mi'Lady, what is your name?” She asked me. “It is Mira, Lady Kehlani.” I say back. “Oh hoho no Miss Mira I am no Lady I am a Dame but that is only in formal settings I serve as a guard to the Archduke. But I am generally a servant that serves the Archduke house when not acting in my role as a guard. However thank you for the compliment Mi'Lady.” Kehlani said as she gave me a warm and welcoming smile. ‘This place is so far a big difference in what I knew from my old pack.’ I thought as I gave a small smile back. “Kehlani, you will be in charge of taking care of Mira. Kain wants her in the east wing in her own suite.” I watch Kehlani whip her head to Dixon surprised at his words. But then Kehlani smiled so big I thought it would split her face. “But of course well then Lady Mira let us be off I know the perfect room for you.” And before I could say anything I was suddenly swung up onto Kehlani’s back and looking back at Dixon in udder bafflement as she carried me away. Dixon just gave a snort and shook his head, but I could see the smile playing on his lips. Arriving at a oak wood door with the same crescent moon and Polaris star I had seen at the front gates, Kehlani finally allowed me to get down from her back. “Welcome princess to your new room.” She said as she and Dixon who had been following behind us opened the doors to a beautiful sapphire and silver accented room. As I stepped into the room, I saw images of what I knew to be constellations, a couple of them I knew as my aunt had told me of the ones my mother had loved to look at when they were younger. “This room is called the night room I do hope you like it.” Dixon said as I looked around in amazement. “But isn’t this too much to give to an offering.” I asked as I turned back to him and Kehlani. “No, when Kain said he wanted you in the east wing I knew what room he meant and I intend to follow his orders.” Dixon responded as if it should be obvious to me. I blinked and then turned to Kehlani but she just nodded at me. So with nothing to say I gave a small "okay" and that was it. “Dinner will be prepared shortly we will let you get freshened up before Kehlani comes back to escort you to the dining room. It is not formal so just comfortable in whatever you have with you, which reminds me Kehlani most of her clothes are not suitable so take her to see Chica tomorrow for some new clothes but do also remind Chica not to go crazy.” Dixon said as he moved to let some servants in with my things that I had brought with me. “Will do.” “Wait I do not need new clothes the ones I have....” “Are not suitable while your summer clothes would be fine winter will soon be upon us and your winter clothes might have worked for your old home but not here.” Dixon interrupted my words. I blinked again surprised at the all thoughtfulness and kindness that I kept receiving. ‘I am not used to this at all and I am starting to become scared that this is just a ploy.” I thought to myself as Dixon, Kehlani and the others left out closing the doors behind them. I looked around the room again and noticed a door with what looked like an image of a river carved into it. Walking over and pushing the door aside I found a shower area. The area was designed to look like a hot spring with a waterfall. I easily found the controls to turn on the water and adjusted the temperature before stepping back and stripping down and then began cleaning myself. Once finished I began drying off and had just put some clothes on when there was a knock at my door. “Lady Mira.” I heard a voice call out. “In here Kehlani.” I say back and turned to see Kehlani and another person I had not seen before. “Lady Mira this is Minako and she is going to help you with you hair.” Kehlani said and I wanted to hug her for that. As much as I loved my red hair there where times I wish I did not have it as long as I did. My hair currently went to my bottom and was thick so it was difficult to brush it sometimes and though it didn’t wash it when I had just showered as I had washed my hair this morning before leaving it was still going to be a difficult task to fix it for dinner. “Please come have a seat young one.” Minako said and I did as told and before long she had my part of my hair woven into a single braid down my back while the rest she managed to straighten out and let it fall like waves. I gave a smile to her as I stood up and hugged her. “Thank you so much.” I said as I released her. “You are most welcome my dear and please feel free to call me whenever you may need me to assist you with your hair.” Minako said before bowing and leaving. Kehlani, who had been sitting and waiting patiently for Minako to finish stood and walked passed me to the doors.
