DEFINITION OF LIFE

life can be defined in different ways by different people, depending on the experience and knowledge they carry. But who said life can be defined? As we go through life we see there is so much that we don't understand. Now how can we be able to define that which we cannot completely understand. Man despite of existing for more that 1 billion years has failed to fully define life. Life can only be said to be the existence of an individual or creature, but there is more to it than that. Because people do not understand that life is full of up and downs they start questioning there existence they even try to kill themselves not considering that if they do so they will hurt there loved ones. Everyone is made for a purpose and one must be able to fulfill that purpose. Sometimes we fail to accomplish the only thing we are born for and only then can we be called a loser. Maybe there is a loser in all of us for either failing to attempt a given task or failing to complete a task, be it a job or saving someone or being there for someone in there time for need. Now knowing that you were born for a purpose is something but discovering that purpose is another. No one has everything figured out that is what makes life interesting and that's why life is not easy, we must work hard to find our purpose and we must make sure we fulfill it. People look at life on earth in a wrong perspective and others are lied to. people think that they have a place on earth and that they must find it. People only have a place in heaven when one is born it's up to them to throw it away, because God gave mankind the ability to choose. Life is a testimony, therefore whatever you go through see something, learn something and know something. We should be able to testify one day, and teach others how to pass through what we passed through. God gave us a collection of books that teaches us about how to live life on earth. Even when a gadget is made the owner of the gadget will make manual book as instruction on how to use the gadget, when to use it and for how long it should be used. The manual book of the earth is the bible. In the bible God teachs us and gives us instructions about life, how to live it in the best way and what is wrong and right. "we don't live for ourselves only and we don't die for ourselves only", ( Romans 14:7). This is one of the teachings and instructions that God gave us, this verse tells us that suicide is a sin and that we must not resort to it. Committing suicide is wrong because this life is ours but we don't leave for ourselves, we live to serve the lord our creator. Now me might not be able to control what happens in our lives but we can be able to control the moments we live in. Other people would say there are two important moments in life, namely birth and death. But i argue and say that there are many but the major ones are three which are, being born, the choices we make and death. I know you think why should you even listen to this person, but this is my opinion and knowledge about life therefore you have a choice to read my work or not. Stop right there and go back to where i said it's your choice there, that proves that I was right about choices being apart of our lives therefore it is a moment that we experience time to time in our life. People look at life differently, most think that life is short and that we should have fun or make the best of it but I believe that living life is fun infact the being able to breathe is a phenomenon thing. People think satisfying there flesh is enjoying life but life is not all about pleasure but it's also about peace. When you apologies for something wrong you have done or when you talk to someone about your problems and burdens we tend to feel relief, which is actually finding peace. Even when we are angry at ourselves or others we listen to music or do different activities to relieve ourselves, now that is peace. Enjoying life isn't about having fun but it's about finding peace in seeing others have fun with or without you. Life must be embraced and we must learn to to deal w our paina and pleasures. The quote that says have fun for life is too short, gives people the idea of having fun as doing sinful things through wrong things that give them pleasure. Now being at peace with everyone is impossible because even Jesus the son of God was hated, but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't try to make peace with people. Every time in life we learn something, these things we learn are their to help us change, which makes us to look back and reflect on what we have done with our lives which is a good thing, because life us like a game of chess we cannot undo our move but we can make the next one better. We must all understand that we all have to sacrifice something for the benefit of others take for instance this story. There were two people one was blind and the other one could see, the the one who could see knocked on the blind man's door and the blind man opened then the blind man used his lamp as light even though he did not have enough oil, then the blind man went to the kitchen to prepare food the the man who could see, the blind man the served the food to the one who could see after the meal the one who could see asked the blind man why he uses his lamp even though he couldn't see anything, then the blind man replied to him saying that he light his lamp for him to see. In this story the blind man used up the last of his oil for the one who was not blind to see, we must be a light to others even if it means we have to sacrifice that which we hold dear, no one knows who might keep the other tomorrow. Today you might help someone and then tomorrow you might be helped also, because the world will not only happen to us we .ust also happen to the world.
