EXPERIENCING REDEMPTION

Redemption is the action of saving or being saved from sin. In the book of genesis in the bible we hear that ,God created man in his own image and the first man who was named Adam was given the authority to name all the animals and plants and look after them. God then created woman from man and she was called eve which was believed to mean living one, because she was the mother of all living things. Adam and eve disobeyed God and then God punished and cursed mankind. Then God chased Adam and eve out of the garden of eden. Mankind continued to sin and we continue to hear in the bible that God punished mankind more and more, But mankind never stopped disobeying God. But because God so loved the world that he gave us his only begotten son to come on earth and die for us and redeemed us. By being redeemed I mean that christ died on our behalf ,whereby he purchases us, he ransoms us, at the price of his own life, securing our deliverance from being bound to sin and condemnation of sin.

Jesus christ did not just come on earth and die for us on the cross then immediately mankind became saved, no. First the birth of Jesus was foretold, Jesus was then born and Jesus chose disciples, then Jesus got baptized, then he began his teaching, finally he died then mankind was saved. But just because Jesus died for all mankind it does not mean that everyone will go to heaven. Believing in Jesus is not like empty words, like a ticket to heaven. To go to heaven we have to meet certain requirements. This requirements were made to to followed by every one these requirements include the ten commandments. And the most important commandments that were stated in the bible in the book of Mark, were a teacher of the law asked Jesus about the most important commandments and jesus listed the two important commandments and the first one is to love the lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind and with all your strength. Because when your love your lord your God you will always obey him. The second one is to love your neighbor as you love yourself because when you love your neighbor you can't kill your neighbor, you can't steal from your neighbor and you can't lie to your neighbor.
