Celia’s POV I looked at the mirror, smiling, patted my nicely done hair and cupped my boobs adjusting it properly. “Goodness Celia, hurry up, Alpha Horrice is going to get pissed at you. We all know your the redhaired miss sexy body. Stop admiring yourself like that.” Tracy said standing up from my bed. “Haha, my love let me admire my self please, it’s my day. And you all have to stop calling me that.” I said turning towards her. “Alpha horrice asked me to come get you and you’re here nagging”. Tracy said pulling my hands as we walked out of my room. “ Don’t mind my dad, he’s always in a haste, I'm sure everyone isn’t present yet.” Celia be mature for ones you’re 18 today and this is your transformation ritual ceremony we’re talking about and you know how necessary it is.” Tracy said while we walked out of the hallway heading outside. “ Guess everyone is here” Tracy whispered. My dad beckoned me, with a serious face to come stand beside him. I still held Tracy’s hand as i took her with me to go stand beside my dad. My dad freaks me out sometimes, i wonder if it’s the fact that he’s our packs Alpha that made me hard on me or the fact that i was a female child. He turned to his wife my step mother asking her “ is everyone here”. “ No I don’t think. Few people are still drinking inside” she responded. “ Okay, go call them, while we start the ritual”. I’ll go help lead everyone here too” Tracy said. “Elders please begin the ritual. And you go stand in the circle”.Dad said. I sluggishly walked to the circle and the rituals began. I began feeling like i was in the middle of flames. I started screaming. “Dad, Dad” “No… No … stop” I closed my eyes and I could feel so much power flowing into me. “Why won’t they stop… why… i said enough” i screamed on top of my voice. Opening my eyes to see the chaos of my life. Building were on fire and all i heard were people screaming, some were in flames. I started panicking, unable to breathe. I woke up, gasping for air, my heart racing. I sat up in my small tacky looking bed, just then i felt a bead of sweat tickle down my forehead. I rubbed my eyes, trying to shake off the vivid image of my dream. I picked up my phone and I already had several missed calls from Jane my work colleague . Its 8:30, how did i manage to sleep this long. I hurriedly put my little apartment in order and ran into the bathroom. Being sent away from my home was hard for me but knowing i took lives in that fire haunts me. Every night in my dream, i relive that life. My father hates me so much now well its not new. He has always seen me as a bad child, since my mum died during child bearing. Coming to MysticDune was a difficult decision but I have to save myself . If not for this waitress job i use to sustain myself i won’t be surviving. My people were going to kill me. I had to run away. It wasn’t my fault i told them to stop the ritual. “Snap out of your thoughts Celia this is not the right time to Self pity.” I said out loud hastening my bathing process. I soon rushed out of the bathroom. Got dress in few minutes, looked around the house, having in mind that my pack will kill me if they are to ever find me. I got out of my house locked my door and noticed a white truck parked across the road. I looked away and raised my cap of my hoodie over my head. I jogged down the road and waved down a cab, i got in and i immediately started panting so hard. “Miss are you okay” the cab guy suddenly asked. “i’m fine, um… take me to Fabi’s eatery”. I said faking a smile and rubbing my forehead. Thirty minutes later i got to my place of work, paid the driver and entered the eatery. “Seriously, girl your lucky i had to cover up for you, madam Stella, was here earlier on, but she stepped out.” Jane said walking towards me. “ Thank you so much Janey.” I said running to the kitchen to change into my work T-shirt and put on my apron. i swiftly came out and started taking orders. I put on a smiley face as usual while attending to the customers. While i worked each day, i also work on suppressing my wolf side. Hours later, now 5:30 my shift was over. I took a cab back home to rest my head. Just as I stretched my hand to my door handle, i picked up a scent… no more like scents. I noticed my door handle was broken, they just fixed the handle on the door. I got in and to my surprise, my house was destroyed. My all my clothes were scattered , stuffs broken. I immediately picked up few of my stuffs that i needed and ran out. I stopped a cab and hopped in. Arranging clothes and diary into a small bag. I noticed the driver looking at me through the rear mirror. “You didn’t tell me where you were going.” He said “Oh sorry, please take me to a motel at the outskirts of MysticDune”. “Uh… okay” he stuttered.
