Chapter 6

Alpha Black Pov:

It was 10 in morning, I was in my office doing paper work and got a call from a unexpected person. I answered the phone saying this is Alpha Black from the Golden Black pack who am I speaking to. On the other end of the phone this is King Gunner from the Ambrosia Clan speaking. I put my hand on the end of the phone thanking why is he calling me do we need to renew our great agreement. I uncovered the phone said what is the honor of this call. Gunner said that my oldest daughter has a case in Oklahoma and I said that was new news to me. He asked me why I don't know that my oldest daughter has a case down there. I said that five years ago me and his daughter had a disagreement about her became a FBI agent instead of a general pack trainer.

She went behind my back, did anyways, my mate and helped her get into the school. That is when my mate got sick and Ruby would call her to check up on her to see how everything is going. Ruby called her to see if she could help in any way she could. All I know that she would call her mom. My mate would tell me to accept her choice and don't dwell on it she will be. I'm just a worried parent. I knew I had to accept it and l will with time. I accepted it now but she still hasn't called me in five years. But I had to call her two years ago to tell her the bad news of her mother's passing. She didn't really talked to me then. All she wanted to know who was taking care of her baby sister Kai'Lynn and I told her that her older brother Thomas was with his mate. And she spent that time spending time with her siblings. She left without saying a word to me. He asked me if he could make arrangements for her to stay there in the castle and I told him Yes and we need to make allies meeting again to make sure that alliance agreement still stands. The phone call ended with that. I wish she would talk to me but I will give her time to get over it. I wish could tell her how proud of her I am and that I have accepted her being a FBI agent.

Ruby Pov:

It was 7 p.m., I decided it was time to go to the post oak-black jack forest to see if there is any signs of where they are coming from and what they are. Charles said I have no chance but to let him come with me. So we got to the parking lot all I see is a 2020 Chevrolet Corvette in front of me and I just want to get in it, take it for a test drive. Charles opens the drives seat door and looks at me like are you going to get in the drives seat.I ask Charles who's car is this and why are we able to drive it, it is so expensive? Charles's answer to my question surprise me. He answered that it was King of all Vampires Gunner's car. So it is true that I will be stay at the King of all Vampires Castle. Why does he care if I did or not? I got in and headed to the forest to investigate.

We got there at 8 p.m. and it was already dark outside so I need to make sure there isn't any rogues or caitiffs out here. So I sniffed the air to see if I smell any around here but all I smell is a intoxicating smell coming from where we need to be. So I followed the smell to a set of trees near where the humans were found by a couple of hikers and turns out they were vampires but how did I figure that out because of my sense of smell. We talked to them to what they were doing in the forest. Back to the point, I stopped in my tracks and looked at what I saw in front of me. I understand now why the smell was so intoxicating to me because it just felt like it was just me and the person in front of me. He started to move towards me and Wolfie take control while I wasn't paying attention to her. She purred, started towards him, and laid next to his feet. He sat down next to her and started rubbing her head. She turned on her back and he just stared at her. He realized that she wanted him to rub her Gunner and she started to purr while he was rubbing her stomach. I could tell he has never done this before.

King Gunner Pov:

I was in the Post Oak-Black Jack Forest whenever I smelled a intoxicating smell. I turned around to go find it but whenever I turned around all I saw was the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. She was just standing there and I noticed Charles was standing behind her. I realized that I was in a trance before I realized that Charles was behind her. I started to walk towards her and she moved away from me. I was hurt and she is my beloved. She started to shift into her wolf and I just stared at her because I don't realize that she was a werewolf. Then I realized that she is Ruby Patton from the Golden Black Pack. Her wolf comes towards me and laid down next to my feet. I decided to sit down and rub her head. She then turned on her back and I just stared at her because I didn't know what she wanted me to do then I realized that she wanted me to rub her stomach so I did and she started to purr I think anyways.
