TWENTY FOUR: LOCKDOWN “Get me more cloths to stem the blood!” Juliet yelled, applying pressure to a gaping wound in front of her. The hunger problem was getting worse. There were over a hundred people waiting for meals in the makeshift hospital. Their emaciated bodies were little more than glorified cadavers now, and the dwindling supplies were only making the issue worse. They needed food right now. Juliet knew that if they were to make it through this, someone would eventually have to risk foraging up at the new-found swamp. It had untapped food sources.
