My life journey (Dairy of an orphan).

my life has not always been rosy I have not always had it easy everything I have, I had to work times two for Everything I have. you can call me the main character in this love and tragedy story my name is Ella Christopher from a small town in Nigeria. Although am not always talk about my childhood experience it is always enacted in my brain like it happened yesterday I grew up in a village in Uromi Edo state the least I could remember at that time was going to the farm with my aunt, she was always hard to my other siblings, she always beat them at the slight provocation she was kind of soft toward me probably because I was the carbon copy of her brother my Father, my mum dies while giving birth to me I only got to see her in the picture but that was enough for me because my aunt tried to make it up to me in her little way. In the year 2001 news spread around the village about a president who was helping orphans and providing them with accommodation and free education, when my aunt heard she called my brother Robinson and me she told us she couldn't bear the burden of taking care of the two of us alone, although my dad does send money is not always enough to care for us and that this is an opportunity for us to become something good. At the end of the day, we both agreed and we were taken to the orphanage home we were treated like princess and prince when we arrived there, we were given new beds and toiletries good food, and clothes we had no regrets we met children from other villages who were also brought by their relatives, we were asked to address everyone as brothers and sisters that we are not orphans but brothers and sisters. The experience was new and exciting although I was missing my aunt I quickly made friends with the other children I was particularly close with one girl Evelyn we were called twins by everyone in the orphanage, we were all enrolled in the school inside the orphanage we were given new school uniform and book, life was sweet everything was going good but as you know life is always full of up and down and nothing good always last forever.
