Chapter 23: Little Black Dress

Ember was so excited and she ran back to her room. She couldn’t wait to get ready. Everything she had in mind, she wanted to go perfectly. She had the perfect dress, something she hadn’t had the chance to wear before. A long, strapless black cocktail dress. It was elegant and sexy. The back was low, and she was sure that Damien wouldn’t be able to keep his eyes off her. She sent him away for a while, telling him she wanted to surprise him. Damien smiled and left the room to prepare elsewhere.
Ember slipped in the little black dress, which was a little tight around her belly. Her baby bump stood out under the fitted dress. That would make Damien only want her more, she thought. He always seemed to burn for her when he could see her extended belly.
