West Garside Police yesterday confirmed that a woman’s body had been found at West Garside Golf Course.At a press briefing yesterday afternoon, DI Yarrow of West Garside CID stated that the body of an unknown young woman, possibly aged in her twenties, had been discovered by members of the club whilst playing a round. DI Yarrow also confirmed that the victim had been strangled and that investigations into her murder are continuing.
