Gentlemen, step to the left; ladies, to the right and bring the right foot to the left; gentlemen, ladies, bring the left foot to the right, and don’t forget, the slow beat is two beats of the music and the quick step is one beat. Very good, let’s do that again, slow, slow, quick-quick, slow, keep it smooth and flowing, smooth and flowing.’
