Mike .... Mike wake up  Awww I stretch out of my sleep and the first face I see is my best mate Jake staring at me. "I'm up I'm up god couldn't let me sleep could you" I love him to bits but can't stand his morning cherry attitude. " Come on Mike Mr old grump will be up soon and you know what he is like" as I hear the name Mr grump aka Mr sliver the old bat who runs this orphanage I flew up and wiped the sleep from my eyes. I look around and find Conner's and Coby's beds are made and they have already left. So I decide to get up and start making my bed while constantly hearing Jake nag me about hurrying up before me silver catches us. As soon as I'm done Jake grabs my arm and practically drag's us to the kitchen to help Conner and Coby make breakfast. " Morning Conner morning Coby" "good morning sleepy snores" says Conner while having a fit, I swear this boy thinks he is a comedian. I start helping by buttering toast for Mr sliver and the 30 odd kids who also live here. The kids are age 4 and up and you wouldn't of guessed we are all orphans. You are probably wondering why we are here making breakfast and not a worker considering me sliver gets paid 30 checks each fortnight but as he say we should be thankful someone took in are abandon scrum. I've been here ever since I could remember, I once snuck into Mr silver office for my file hoping I could find a living relative to help me before I'm kicked out of this place in for mouths for my 18th birthday, but all I found was a woman miss green had given birth to a boy at royal women and children's hospital in Sydney at 5:00am on the 26th of December marking my birthday. What surprised me they didn't even have a first name for me to go by or age she was. "Mike! Mike!" "What Coby what is it" I hissed being surprised but his out burst. " Chill dude your buttering the bench" Coby said sounding worried. I look down and sure enough I've been to in my head to even realize. I pick another piece to start buttering just then I feel a tap on my back I look of to a concerned Jake " man are you alright you've been quite even for you" yeah just I just umm just a bit tired. I lie through my teeth not wanting to remind the others how we are all going to be homeless in six months time. Just then we hear me silver walk in ( more like curse and stomp his way in) " listen up boys I want my breakfast served since yesterday then go and freshen up we have some guessed arriving shortly. I fought myself from rolling my eyes because if your 12 or up you miles get comfortable because you aren't going nowhere. No one wants to adopt a teenage and as for me and the guys we are six months or less off 18 so there is no hope for us. " Ok Mr silver we will have your breakfast served to your office right away sir" replies Conner in a sweet voice. He is such a sweet lil thing with his big hazel eyes and his red curly hair with little spec off freckles above his nose never understood and of us why he never got adopted he so funny I guess it's because he is shy but when it's comes to us boys he is a chatter box.
