Cedric’s POV I was in my happy place with Luro; by the lake watching the full moon with her. It was one of those unbridled, carefree moments that I got to spend with her when I was away from that pack. I wanted to spend so much more time with her but fate. A long, suffering sigh escaped my lips; albeit so feeble that it was barely noticeable. If death meant that I could stay like this forever, it was nothing short of heaven to me.
