Luro’s POV “I won’t go!” I called out over the incessant banging on the door. “I won’t go even if you kill me!” Drawing my knees closer to my chest, I scurried backward on my bed until my back was obstructed by the headrest of the bed. “Luro! If you don’t open the door, I will be forced to break the door,” Austin’s voice sounded over the incessant rapping. “I have your father’s orders, Luro. Don’t act stubborn….” “I don’t care who gave you the orders. I am not opening the door, period!” I shouted at the top of my lungs. My heart was pounding hard against my ribs. If I opened the door, they would force me to leave with Alpha Dimon’s men. I was grateful to Alpha Voltran for taking me in, but that didn’t mean he could cast me away like I was his belonging.
