I could sense Luro’s despair and pain as her father’s words tore her apart. I was still shocked that a father could treat his daughter like this. If he wasn’t Luro’s father, I would have ripped his heart out for hurting my mate.
I had very few memories with my father, but I cherished them. I couldn’t even imagine how Luro must be feeling. I wanted to go after her the moment she left. But, Alpha Dimon stopped me, “Cedric, come and sit with me. Let me introduce you properly to Alpha Voltran.”
