STELLA’S POV
Erman bought the idea that I was just telling her to keep her mouth shut. We didn’t talk much in the car. I was silent mostly thinking about how I was going to take him down tonight. I had some form of a plan and I hoped that it would work.
“What are you smiling about?” Erman caught me smiling.
“Nothing, I am just hopeful. I know the people will love what we have done for them,” I lied.
“Of course they will,” He held my hand as we got out of the car.
To everyone, we were a united front but to me, I despised that man. I hated him so very much.
“Remember, we are a united front, forget about last night” He reminded me and I nodded.
