12-Practice

I awake to the sounds of chirping birds and a beautiful ray of sunshine, shinning to the room. I scan the room, it's a stunning bedroom with only natural light in it. After my eyes adjust< raise my arms above my head to stretch my slightly sore muscles. While I sprawl my  body out everywhere I make a very loud yawing noise. "Seem's you slept good." I jolt upward in the bed, making eye contact with Ryder. Holy f**k, how can someone look so god damn good in the morning. "Yeah, I did." I blush as I cover my body with the blankets, It's not like i'm naked, I just don't have a bra on. And it just kinda embarrasses me. "What are you covering up, hm?" He gives me a sexy grin that would make most girls wet in seconds, but no not me. "Nothing! Get out!" I grab a pillow and chunk is at him, and it hit's him dead center of his face. I laugh uncontrollably, throwing my limbs from side to side like a mad man. "Haha, very funny." He flicks me off, trying to see tough, but i see his little smile creeping up. Without seeing it, he grabs the pillow and tosses it back at me. It hits the side of my head and I fall back into the covers. "Ouch! you're such a meanie." I hear him rush down the stairs. Good because if he would have stayed I would have thrown the lamp next.  I finally get out of bed and put my tangled hair into a messy bun, and walk downstairs. Once I reach the bottom of the stairs, I smell bacon and eggs, yummy, I'm starving. "Good to see you out of bed." Ryder says to me with a smile that could kill, but something better then his smile is the fact he has no shirt on as he cooks food. "I didn't know you could cook." I try my best to not look at his tone body. Eight pack and all, and that V-line, ughhhhhh. "You done drooling yet?" My face reddens like a strawberry and my heart starts beating out of my chest. "Uh, I'm sorry..I.." I can't fine the words to explain to him, because either way he is right. "It's no big deal, I'm sure you don't see too many guys shirtless do you?" As he finish's his sentence he turns his back to me, to continue to cook breakfast. "What? Pfffff..I've seen plenty of guys." I take a seat at one of the bar stools, hopefully he can't hear through my lie. "Hm, so you aren't I virgin after all?" What the f**k? Personal much? "That's none of your business Ryder." I spit the words out in a stern tone. I can take the teasing, but I will not be ridiculed. He doesn't say anything at first, but grab two plates and dish up the food then hands it to me. He begins to eat, but I can't eat with the atmosphere being so tense. "You know, you're a horrible liar." I look up from my plate of untouched food and feel anger licking the back of my throat. "You know, you're really f*****g annoying." I give him a slight annoyed smile. "Why do you lie about foolish things, Lilith?" Who the f**k does he think he is? "Once again, none of your damn business." For the billionth time, I feel the heat in my heart travel through my body, spreading like a wild fire. "Come on, tell me...why are you still so pure, hm?" He gives me a smirk and I realize he is just trying to get under my skin, to bring out my monsters. "I'm done with this conversation, all you are trying to do is get me mad." I strand up and head for the staircase, but stop when I hear. "Put some work out clothes on, we are working out before we head to school." I instantly roll my eyes to the back of my head. Without another word, I dart upstairs, rushing to my room. 

I get out a pair of Nike shorts and a lose tank top, it's so lose the sides expose my sports bra. I head to the bathroom, to put my hair into a tight ponytails, and brush my teeth. 

I go back downstairs to see Ryder waiting at the door like an impatience puppy. "Took you long enough." He says in a sarcastic tone. "I could just not go." I shrug my shoulders hopeful that it ends the conversation. To my luck, he says nothing. And walks out the front door.

He walks to the forest across the road and we walk for about 20 minutes till we are in a secure location. 'Okay, here we are. Ready?" In reality I'm no where near ready, but I guess I don't have a choice in the matter. "Yep." The woods around us, is stunning. It's so quite, you can hear the leaves at the top of the trees move in the wind. Ryder takes a few steps back, to put some space between us. "Today we are gonna try to concentrate, the anger into power. Got it?" I've never been able to control myself, so how could I now? "Ryder, I don't..." I get cut off as he says. "Don't say that, you can do anything if you try hard enough." Well he seems confident. "Okay, fine. Then let's get to work." I do a little stretching, so I don't cramp up. "So, first off, you are gonna have to get mad. And once that happens, I want you to take that heat you feel and attempt to control where it goes in your body." I shiver, thinking it's impossible. "Uh..Okay, How do I get mad?" I'm assuming Ryder well help, but still no hurt in asking. While in my thoughts I don't notice him come up to me, so now he is almost touching my body with his. "You're a useless slut, all anyone wants from you is s*x or money." My heart crumbles at his words. I hate that he has to do this. "That's not true." I try my best to remain as calm as possible, but I know in a minute I will explode. "Yes it is. Why do you think I am here? To help you? Yeah right." He pushes me on the ground and climbs up on to me. "I just want to take that precious virginity and leave." My eyes flare at his words. He suddenly grabs my wrists and slams them on the ground so I have no movement within my upper body. "Get the f**k off me!" I thrash my arms and legs, trying to get him off. "No can do, I can't wait to f**k you then tell the school, how much of a dirty w***e you are. What that guy did ti you the other day, I would have done it to." MY body rages with fire and lighting, it's begging to get out of my soul. "f**k you!" Without hesitation I spit into his face. What he does next, shocks me to the core. He releases fangs from his teeth and sinks his jaw into my shoulder. I let out a blood curdling scream, it's loud enough for the bird's to fall out of the blue sky. I can not keep it in anymore, and I let go of my hold. In one swift motion, Ryder picks me up and throws me with enough force to send me flying into a near by tree. I let out a loud hiss as I crack the tree in half with my body. I can't think calmly anymore. I immediately get up from the ground and rush for him. As I make contact with his chest he goes flying into the dirt. I feel my eyes shift into something unnatural. "You're f*****g dead." The voice I use is from another world. It's deep and scratchy. it almost sounds like what you would think a demon sounds like. "Come on Lilith, control it." He rises from the dirt and I see blood cover his back, good. I lick my lips, as my own blood runs down my face. I feel something unusual, as I lick. It's fangs, I have them too. Without regret I charge for him once again. But he doges me with such ease. "You won't land a hand on me, till you regain some of your humanity." He smirks at me and it makes me let out a horrid scream. Ryder covers his ears and then runs for me. And me being mad, I charge for him as well. When we make contact I hear a deafening bomb and we both go flying back at least 100 feet. My ears ring with pain and my mussels burn. I keep my head on the ground, but my eyes opened. 

I see Ryder walk towards me and stares at me with a bit of disappointment in his eyes. "Control your god damn anger, or I will not help you." He walks away from me and gathers his bag he brought with him and heads in the direction we came from. 

I decide to lay in the dirt for about 30 minutes, trying to process everything, and to calm down. I can't go on like this, I need to be in control or I could lose myself. I rise to my feet and I grunt as I take a few steps. My body is in such pain. I can feel all my cuts and bruises. 

Once I arrive back at Ryder's house, I get into the shower, but I don't see him anywhere. After my hot shower I dress in everyday average clothing, hoping today will be different. I go downstairs, to again not see him. Looks like I'm walking to school today. Great.
