Chapter 1
Chapter 1
"Hello there big guy!" I greeted to one of my classmate Norton who had this thick body full of muscles. It was the muscles I was after but I think he did not notice me calling him. Well who am I anyway to be noticed.
I am not Kerry Hulston who got those thick lips and a*s intact in her thin body. She looks sexy in every way or Ariane, her bestfriend who is a sister to the popular guy in the other class who loves to play soccer.
Or should I say Karl and his team running around girls, popping their butts off. Eww!
There was also this Anna. She was a nerd but got a title in this society. I should've said pretty cool nerd. She is smart and beautiful without the thick glasses landing on her nose.
And there is also this guy, Daniel who had almost five million followers on youtube and had been vlogging in our class everyday. He is popular amongst everyone and to the faculty too. No wonder why he got no problem to his academic grades.
Not to forget Kyle Pierce, the big bully. Everyone must know him and respect him or you will be the next target. As for now, Trexie is on his cage. No one should touch Trexie or you'll be in trouble too.
Not to say, they are cool but in this school, if you got a title, you are pretty slick in getting yourself known to others.
That's the problem, I am not one of them and I don't want to be any of them. I just came in from last month and I really need to continue my studies to the last day of this year. With no chance of getting in touble. Just peace. Only peace.
None of my classmates were willing to be my friend but it does'nt matter. They say you don't need friends to finish you studies, you just need money.
I continued to drive my feet and entered the building ahead of me. It was a big building where you can have enough space for your own school life.
"Samantha Jacobs!" A female voice called out to me.
I turned my head and look at one teacher approaching. My heart started to pound fast. This was my very first call from anyone in this school and to no good, it was from my P.E teacher.
"Samantha right?" she asked. She was repeating my name that keeps me having nonstop goosebumps.
"Yes, Mi-i-zzz'sss.--" I stopped. I forgot her name. I forgot this teachers name. What was it?
I could'nt do otherwise but to stare at her while having troubles recalling her name. She stares back at me. Her eyes were never blinking.
Now my heart is starting to fall from my chest.
"DARTHON!!!' she shouted.
There were many students in the hallway and I was embarrassed to one by one eye staring at both of us. I smiled ignoring what just happened.
Mrs. Darthon lets out a big breath to her nostrills.
"Follow me to my office."
I obeyed and drag my feet to follow her. "Yes Ma'am."
The faculty was on the right corner. As we walk past by other teacher's office, I kept looking at this guy who just came out from the guidance.
It was Khai, the popular guy from the other class. He did not look at us and kept his coolness walking away.
He looks like a duck walking from behind. It was kind of lame to see his hands pocketed in his pants. Urgh so damn bitchy! I could'nt figure out for so many reasons why girls would be crazily chasing him. He is not even that mascular like Norton.
"Ms. Jacobs," Mrs. Darthon called out again.
I just realized I was staring at Khai for so long until he reach that turning point.
I turned my head and finally entered Mrs. Darthon's office. There were tarpolins in her wall posted from different athletes. I can see Stephen Curry over the seat. Did'nt know she was a big fan of this guy.
She brought out a uniform from her table.
"Your uniform," she said.
"Thank you Mrs. Darthon," I said in response.
Then she looked at me straighly to the eye.
"I hope to see you active during P.E wearing that uniform."
I nodded. Thankfully I got it. It was so much embarassing to be taking P.E. for the past month ununiformed.
The bell rang and that was my cue to return to the classroom for the first period.
I left the office and proceeded walking to the hallway as all students were gone to their classrooms when I suddenly heard of someone sobbing. I tried to ignore and keep walking but my heart does not let me calm.
It was so inhuman to just leave that someone so I had to go back and find where the voice was coming from, even though I was going to be late for the first period.
The sobbing stopped as I begun to open every door of the lockers.
"Is someone here?" I started to ask no one.
Then some lockers were opened but no person was there. By the last locker, I am expecting to see this person if whoever it was.
I knocked first. "Are you okay?" I asked.
I was very sure that there is a person inside. I opened the door and to my surprise, Trexie looked up to me with teary eyes. She sure was the one sobbing. And she was super messy.
"Trexie?" I said in shocked.
She did not open her mouth to talk as I distance myself. She continued to cry.
I walked away. I should not interact with her. I should not!
While I took my steps going to my classrom, I realized no one was looking anyway. I can help Trexie. No one will see me. No one will find out.
Again. I went back and opened the locker.
"Come on, I won't leave you behind," I said and lifted her to go to the comfort room upstairs.
Luckily, there was no one inside.
"You should've leave me alone," Trexie said.
This was also the first time that I got to hear her voice. I smiled.
"And why would I do that?" I said in order to say that everything's gonna be fine.
"Don't fool me!" she said. "I do not know you yet but they say you were the new student. I know that you know the consequence of talking to me right now," she added.
"I'm Samantha or just call me Sam," I introduced myself ignoring the fact of what she was saying.
Trexie really looks so stressed out and there were gums pinned around her hair. I tried to remove but it was no good, they were pretty stuck in there.
"I got some scissors." I remembered and tapped my bag to look for it.
We were busy cutting her hair when footsteps were heard coming.
"s**t! Someone's here," I panicked and pulled her to one corner. We shut ourselves holding the cutted strips of hairs and scissor in our hand.
"I told you, you are going to be in trouble for doing this," she whispered. Scared.
"Shshsh," I shushed her showing my index finger pinned to my mouth as we listen to the girls who just entered.
"Have you seen Khai this morning?" One of the girls said.
Then a familiar voice answered. I think I have heard her before. It was Kerry. "Yeah duh. We know I am always unto him so how could I not notice my man."
"Kerry! You have a boyfriend. Ugh!" the girl she's with answered in disgust.
Of course Kerry had a boyfriend, how could she not with that popularity of being the prettiest girl. But it was not Khai. It was Karl, one of the school's hearthrubs.
"Fine!" Kerry answered and we heard one of them went out.
"Ugh! Khai is mine Kerry. She will never be yours anyway," she whispered and went out too. She even banged the door so damn loud.
We could'nt just pop out until we were in assurance that there was no one in the comfort room.
"Come out, they are gone," I told Trixie when I came out first.
"I think you should go now, second period is coming anyway," Trixie suggested.
I nodded. "You'll gonna be just fine right?" I asked her just to make sure.
But instead of answering me, she just pushed me to the door. I had to get out and make my way to the classroom anyway so I left her.
I was not being far from the CR when one girl from the other section spotted me. I smiled but she only stared.
I realized I still had my backpack coming out from the CR. She approaches and I fastly walked away. If by any chance, she might believe that I was with bully's target.
To cut it short, the girl who saw me was a friend of Kyle Pierce. On the brightside, someone saved me from being the next target.
If want to know what, who, and how it happened. I suggest you keep reading this book.
