CHAPTER 16

Sky POV

We were currently in the kitchen waiting for our food to come, chatting and laughing. We met some pack members, they just bowed to Eros and the others, looked at us and then kept doing what they were doing. Some of them looked at me confused but nothing clicked so they still didn't recognise me. I was grateful I didn't see my father and Jack again and my mother, brother and sister.

"Skylar, I need to talk to you for a moment". Looks like I talked to early because right now Jack was standing next to me waiting for my answer.

"Ehmmmm" I tapped my finger on my chin like I was thinking "No"

The look of confusion on his face made it clear that he didn't think a second that I won't accept. What did he think that after all what he did to me I would run to him like nothing happened. And in fact that what he was thinking, he thought that I said No just to seem strong in front of my friend but deep down I just wanted to jump him. This boy has serious problems in his brain.

He took my hand and said "Please, it's really important and it won't take long" and the he thought 'Buy I know it won't take long, after we are alone the things that I will do to your now hot body will take sometimes, and I know you can't resist me. No girls can resist me, maybe after her o could see if the red one would like a ride too she is pretty sexy' I was seriously disgusted with his perverted thoughts about me and my best friend and shocked because I didn't feel any sparks at his touch. I sighed in relief because it means there is no bond now that will try and make me go to him.

"If it's important you can say it in front of all of us. They are my best friends and family they know everything about me" I said and removed my hand from his not wanting to touch him even a second more.

He scratched his neck from the back and said "Look, I am sorry for everything in the past but I accept you now, so why don't we start over?" Then he looked at me and smiled. This boy kept getting even more stupid. Does he think this stupid excuse could make everything okey? Well he was in for a very big shock.

"How about Never" I said and looked at him with a blank face. The shock on hid face was priceless, looks like the soon to be Alpha was never told No before. Well there is always a first time for everything.

"B-but you are my m-mate"

"You lost that privilege the moment you rejected me. So no we are no mates" and my heart already belonged to someone else I wanted to add but stayed silent. Then I made a glass of cold water appear in front of him making sure that no one from his pack was watching and poured it on him. The shock and surprise on his face made us fall to the ground laughing.

"Oh no my hair!" He said and run to his room I presume to dry himself.

"I never saw someone as stupid and as self-centered as him. Did you see his face thinking that his perfect image was ruined" Notte said and laughed shaking her head.

"I am happy that he didn't affect you. He is still our mate after all. That reminds me why didn't we feel the sparks when he touched us, they should be weaker but still there"

"Oh no I would never want that i***t as a mate. As for the sparks you will know in time" she said and went to rest deep inside my head.

"That was hilarious. Did you see his face?" Justin said still laughing

"Oh no my haiiiiiir" Dustin said trying to sound like a whining girl. That made us all laugh even more. My sides and cheeks was hurting so much from all this laughing.

"I am proud of you Sky! He doesn't deserve you, I don't need to be a psychic to know that he wasn't sincere when he said his weak sorry" Juliet said and gave me a hug.

"Oh I know his thoughts were very clear, he wanted me just because I was hot now. He thought that once we were alone I would jump him because he is irresistible and after that he would try and sleep with July"

"I will kill that mutt if he try to touch even a single hair of my Juliet" Ryan said and hugged July to calm him self.

"Don't worry baby, I am all yours" she said and kissed him passionately to show him that she is only his.

"Eww guys keep that PG13 there are other people in the room" Dustin said making a disgusted face but he couldn't hide the smile on his face.

We were now in the backyard. We, the Alpha and beta were on a stage and in front of us was all the pack. We were only waiting for to people to start the so all mighty soon to be Alpha and his mate Cindy. I can easily guess what they are doing and in fact they just came hand in hand and smelling of each other. When he looked at me he smirked thinking that I would get jealous, in your dreams stupid Jack. I returned his smirk with one of mines and he looked shocked that I wasn't angry or pissed that he just slept with someone else. Oh please I would never sleep with him even if he was the last male in the earth, I would stay virgin that sleeping with that i***t.

"Now that we all are here we can start this meeting. I called you here because the Council have really important information to tell us that will help us against the hunters and rogues. I suggest you all to give them all your attention and I don't tolerate someone to disrespect them or they will be severally punished. Understood?" Alpha Conrad said and all the pack answered with a Yes Alpha.

"Thank you Alpha Conrad. As all of you know the hunters and rogues joined each other to kill all of us and end the supernatural world. For now they have been sending small group of them so they could know our locations and test our strength. We all need to be prepared when they will give the final attack, for that we need to join forces with all the packs and covens, together we can be stronger. We are going to stay in one place and train together to be stronger and harder to defeat. The Moon Goddess also sent us a gift that will help us win this war, and this gift is the Moon Warrior" Eros said with authority looking at everybody in their eyes.

You could hear people starting whispering at the mention of the Moon Warrior. Some not knowing what it was others surprised that it was real.

"Silence!" Eros shouted and once they were quiet again he continued "I know a lot of you are surprised to know that the Moon Warrior is real and others never herd of it. That's why she is here with us to show you what she can do and you could see with your own eyes that she is real"

That was my que. I walked in front, looked at all the familiar faces and said "Hello my name is Skylar James and I am the Moon Warrior" I could hear all of them gasp in surprise and people whispering

Is that really the slave?

I thought she was dead

How is she the Moon Warrior, she is so weak and pathetic.

Well I think this is going to be one very long night.
