CHAPTER 12

Sky POV

After a quick shower, I excited the bathroom and found Juliet sitting on my bed waiting for me already dressed. She wore a beautiful short red dress that matched her hairs with red heels, her make up was simple and beautiful.

"You look beautiful July" I told her honestly. "Thanks! And now it's time to doll you up" she smiled and sat me in front of the mirror, that was covered because she said that my look will be a surprise. She dried my hair and waved it a bit, then she started putting make up on me. After she finished she told me to undress and put the blue dress, that lied on the bed, on. When I put it on she helped me with the zipper, I put on matching blue heels and then she uncovered the mirror so I could see my self.

I was speechless, I never thought I could look this beautiful. The dress was stunning and it hugged my body perfectly. The make up was amazing, my eyes looked bigger and more shining and my lips looked fuller with the red lipstick on.

"You really are amazing July. I've never imagined I could look this beautiful"

"You are beautiful even without all of this on but you are welcome" she looked at the hour and it was 17:55, we had 5 minutes before the ceremony starts. "Come on we need to go or we will be late"

Juliet crossed her arm with mine and we made our way to the backyard. We could hear people already there chatting and laughing. The closer we get the more nervous I became. What if they don't like me? What if I fall down while walking to the stage? What if I say something embarrassing? What if.... I was so deep in thought I didn't notice that we were already there and everybody was looking at me. This just increased my nervousness.

'Okey Sky, take a deep breath to calm your self. You don't want to do something embarrassing. The pack need to have a good first impression of you. Come one I know you can do it' I thought trying to encourage my self.

"Good evening everybody! Today we are here gathered to celebrate the addition of a new member in our pack. Her name is Skylar James she run from her old pack do to personal reason , when my son Cody and Your beta's daughter Lisa were attacked from three rogues while playing in the forest, Skylar saved them putting her life in risk and for that you all should be grateful because she save your future Alpha and beta. I expect everyone to welcome her and respect her" Damian said with authority and a serious face, then he turned his face to me and said "Skylar, come join me on the stage so we could start the ritual"

I walked towards him wishing I won't fall all over my self, I wasn't really used to wearing heels. I sighed with relief when I made it and I was next to him on the stage.

"Do you Skylar James promise to give your loyalty to this pack, to respect her members, to fight against our enemies and to accept me Damian Evans as your Alpha and follow my orders"

"I do"

"Then by the power gave to me from the moon goddess I here make you a full member of the Crescent Moon pack" then he took a knife and cut his right hand, then he gave me the knife with which I also cut my right hand and then we shook our hands making our blood mix together. After the cut was completely healed I could feel the forming of my pack link, I could feel someone trying to enter my mind so I let down my blocks and I could hear people welcoming me using the mind link.

"Everybody! Welcome to Skylar James in our pack" everyone began cheering and clapping "You can now enjoy the celebration"

We went down the stage and made our way toward our friends. The all hugged me saying their welcomes. "Welcome in the family, Skylar" said Maria giving me a tight hug, I could feel the love in her embrace and it made my eyes water.

"Hello Skylar I am David Parker, Juliet's Dad. It's a pleasure for me to finally meet you and welcome to the pack" the man who was behind Maria said stepping forward with a warm smile. He had Brown hair and light brown eyes. "Thank you Maria and thank you Mr Parker it's nice to meet you too" "Just call me David, we are a family now we don't need the honorifics"

The evening went really well I get to know more people from the pack and they were really nice and lovely people. The food was delicious and the sweets even more, you could see everyone loved the foods from all the cheering and hurrays that came when the food was served. After eating they started to play some nice musics and me and the guys went to dance, I've never danced but I just followed the beats and how the others were moving and I found myself really enjoying it. After dancing for about half an hour my feet started to hurt not used to wearing heels so I excused my self and went to sit on an empty chair. I was massaging my feet and looking at the people when someone said from behind

"Don't think that everybody had accepted you. Your pathetic and ugly so don't think so high of your self. Oh and stay away from Damian he is mine" a brunette with brown eyes who was wearing very revealing clothes said giving me a death glare. She reminded me so much of Cindy. Well it's seems every pack has it's black sheep not everyone can be nice and welcoming. She then through her hair behind as if saying I am high and mighty and you are dirt, and walked away swaying her hips.

"I see you've met Alison. Don't mind her, she thinks that she is better thank anyone just because she has slept with a lot of guys. She doesn't understand that they just use her until they find their mate. She tried to get with Damian several time with her being always rejected, she just want the power of being a Luna and so she keep trying" Juliet said sitting next to me and massaging her feet too.

"Yeah, she reminds me so much of my sister, Cindy, she doesn't care about the others. She just want the power and the attention of everyone"

We talked about random things then the guys joined us and we started telling jocks and stories. We also played truth or dare and it was hilarious. Trevor was dared to do the chicken dance in front of everybody. Dustin was dared to stand on the center of the stage take the micro and shout 'I am a GIRL born in a BOY's body". I was dared to sing a song so I went to the DJ and asked him if he could play Rihanna's song Diamonds without lyrics. I was really nervous but a dare is a dare. After singing I opened my eyes and found that everybody was looking at me, then they all started clapping and cheering and some of theme even whistled.

"I didn't know you could sing, you have an amazing voice" Juliet said we I went back to our table. The boys agreed and said that I had a beautiful voice. "Thank you! And I didn't know it either. But I like singing it always helped me forget and relax"

I never laughed so much in my life this boys are so funny especially the twins. This is my family now and I am sure I will enjoy staying here.
