“Yes sir, I can confirm positive identification of multiple individuals, all pointing to the Worcester facility. There is more, sir. We have one alive.”
Rick paused, straining to hear the voice on the other end. “Yes, sir.”
He handed Eva the phone. “He wants to talk to you.”
Eva put the phone to her ear, stepping away from her companions. “It’s me.”
“You took a great risk in calling in front of a captive. There wasn’t supposed to be anybody left alive there.”
“Swan…”
“Don’t use my name! We have no record of this person. According to the Westlabs employment records nobody called Florentina has ever worked there and they have employed a lot of people. She must be an agent. Step very carefully, Eva.”
“Sorry, sir.”
“Are you able to go outside?”
