Chapter Four

I decide to just walk out the office and make my way home. How dare he make me feel like that then act as if nothing happened. I decide to go back to Molly's house to browse all the furniture that I can buy and ask if I can sleep on her couch again until my bed gets delivered. I chose to walk to Molly's apartment because I need to cool of. I text molly first before just turning up.

Text to Molly; "Hi I'm just wondering if I could crash at your place tonight until my bed gets delivered in the morning I'm walking to your apartment now xx"

I call in one stop shop to pick a few bits up for tea ill make me and molly a spaghetti bolognaise and get a bottle of white wine to go with it. I really need to make more friends, yes molly is my best friend but I'm sure I'm doing her head in always been around lately.

"I didn't know how you'd take the situation of what happened so I decided to just leave it for when we have the meal tonight, but seen the bag on the side looks like you've already made other plans" he says calmly

"you can stay for tea if you like, I couldn't be bothered to go look for furniture so I decided to have a bath cook spaghetti bolognaise for tea and just chill on the couch with a glass of white wine scrolling furniture stores on my phone instead, its been a long day already and its only nearly 2.30 pm so please let me get some clothes on" I say quickly loosening the grip he has around me to make my way back to the bathroom to put my grey short pyjamas on. On my way out of the bathroom I hear an unfamiliar voice and wonder what's going on to see a tall male fixing Molly's door that Damian had broke by barging his way in.

"Sian this is Mikey my friend he is a handy man by trade so I got straight on to the phone to get this door fixed, sorry again by the way, Mikey this is Sian she's my assistant secretary" Damian says to the both of us

"hi Mikey nice to meet you thank you for fixing the door so quickly" we shake hands.

"Hi Sian nice to meet you, oh its no worries I owed Damian a few favours anyway" Mike says nicely

After all the commotion and Mikey leaves I decide to poor myself and Damian a glass of white wine as it is needed so badly today, I cant wait for bedtime already. I'm glad I have tomorrow of because I cant stand been around Damian for much longer. I grab my phone before I sit down and decide to spend an hour furniture shopping before I start to make tea. We make small talk about what I've bought but I've decided accessories could come later as I'm going to have to buy some grey paint and some grey wall paper. Everything I've ordered is due to be delivered at 8pm tomorrow and Damian insists I should stay over at his place tonight as after tea were going to buy some paint and wall paper for my room to go to my new house and start painting ready for when the furniture is to be delivered. I get up to start the mince and Damian follows and pores another glass of wine for me its now 3.45 pm so food should be ready for when Molly comes home. Then ill inform her of the change of plans tonight. It is now currently 4.39pm and food is about ready to be dished out when molly gets home it'll be around 5.45pm when she gets home as its a long drive back home especially with tea time rush hour. I decide to then look for living room furniture and I place an order for a large black leather and material l shaped sofa and cuddle chair, a 55 inch tv, a mirrored side board, matching coffee table and matching side tables. the living room furniture is getting delivered at 7pm so everything will be set up and ready for the bedroom furniture to be delivered. Molly arrives home shocked to see Damian but she doesn't say anything about the situation just makes us both feel welcome anyways and she's bought another bottle of wine. I get up and plate our food on to our plates as Damian sets the dinner table and fills three glasses full of wine and offers for molly to sit first and then me as he brings our food over to us, we wait until Damian is sat with his meal as well before we start eating.

"Molly theirs going to be a change of plan tonight but if you ever need me to sleep over or if you ever want to stay over at mine your always welcome, just I'm going to have to go buy some paint and wall papers as I've a lot of furniture getting delivered tomorrow between 7 and 8 pm at night so I've decided to go paint so its all ready in time, if that okay anyways" I say kind of rushed hoping I don't hurt her feelings.

"Yeah no worries I've got a lot of work to catch up on tonight anyways so be prepared for me calling around at some point I can call around not tomorrow but the next day let you get settled in a bit first" she says sweetly. I smile in acceptance if only she knew what's going on and how I'm feeling about everything, I wish Damian wasn't here so I could talk to her. We finish up our meals and Damian rings his driver to come pick us up, as I give Molly a hug and say good bye Damian gets notified that his driver is outside waiting for us. As we get in to the car I realise its the same man as before but he's dressed in a suit.

"Hello miss Sian, nice to meet you again, sir where would you like to be going" Mikey says in a professional tone.

"hi Mikey" I say shyly smiling as he's looking at me.

"take us to the wall paper store please Mikey we would like to pick a few decorating items up to start Sian's new home" Damian responds.

"yes sir" Mikey says while winking at me. what is it with men and not knowing how to treat a woman with respect I hardly know the guy and he's already winking at me, or is it because Damian mentioned helping me decorate my home, I start to turn a shade of pink and look down to my twiddling fingers. Half an hour passes by and we pull up outside the store I choose to buy two ten l****s of grey paint, grey patterned brick wall paper, one ten litre tub or white silk paint, a navy blue crushed velvet wall paper for the chimney breast in the living room and some paint brush and pad sets as well as some wall paper paste. We head to the counter knowing we have bought all that is needed for the living room and bedroom. After another awkward 25 minute drive to my home we decide to start painting the bedroom, one wall grey paint, two walls white silk coat just to make it look fresh and the grey brick wall paper for the feature wall where my bed will be going in the centre of. After a good two hours we are finally finished the bedroom it is now 10pm at night and we still need to do the living room. We make our way to the living room and all that needs doing is three walls of white silk and the chimney breast in the navy blue crushed velvet wall paper. Luckily their is a plastic sheeting over the full of the floors as Damian thinks its funny to slap my arse with his hand full of paint which leaves a hand print.
