Potential Stalker

830 Words
He made me fight a tree in fox form for hours until he came back with food and drinks. I thankfully gulped down the roasted turkey and pecan salad. He then handed us dessert which was my favorite, cheesecake. After dinned, he had me attack that tree. I was starting to wish that it would disappear, or that he would. He had took my friends and left me alone, attacking a tree. I was so fed up that I jumped onto a high branch on the tree. Shockingly, I looked down. I was not very happy being stuck in a tree, but if I jumped out, I would probably break a bone. I knew I had to attack the tree, so I snapped the branches, clawing at the trunk. He came back an hour later looking shocked. "How did you get up there?" I rolled my eyes. "Just help me get down" He jumped up and grabbed me, pulling me down with him. He set me down."Come on you must be tired." We ran in human form into a huge hedge of bushes. Behind it was a huge castle. "I had it built five years ago," he told me before opening the door. Inside was beautiful. Polished marble floors gleamed, showing my dirty face on the floor. Soft, colorful rugs were placed in all the right places making it look homely. The door handles were bronze and closets littered the room. I walked into the kitchen, a oak wood table in the the middle of the room. Matching chairs were around the tables. At the table, Claude sat with the girl that never told me her name. She gestured to me to sit down. She told me that she was debating what they should have before bed. I looked in the fridge and took out a plum."This is my snack." "No." I jumped when I heard the Elf's words. "You have trained all day and will further on. Without eating well, you shall starve your body of proper nutrition. You will not gain weight eating like you do now, you are thin." He stared at me daring me to say anything against that. I was quiet, staring right back into those pale green eyes. Not breaking eye contact, he took the fruit from me and put it back in the fridge. He then grabbed a huge chocolate milkshake, and placed it in my hands. I proceeded to sit down beside my new friend. "What is your name?" She answered, "June" I stared at the drink, This is nutritious? I took a sip. It tastes good, but I can see tons of herbs floating around in there. After I was done, He ushered me into a room, and shut the door. I looked around. It was a basic room, a small twin size bet, a wooden dresser, and a closet. What I really wanted was a shower, but I went to bed. In the morning, I was woken to a knock on the door. The Elf stuck his head in. "Showers and clothes are across the hall. Breakfast will be ready in a few...Oh! By the way, you will be living with the white foxes." He walked out and closed the door. I pouted, I wanted to stay in this huge castle. They are probably like the red foxes. I went into the bathroom, noticing that there was a nice looking stretchable shirt and pants waiting for me. They were red, decorated with silver and gold flowers. I stepped into the shower, letting the grime pour off me in waves. I came into the kitchen smelling like apples. On the table was an assortment of eggs, pastries, meats, and juice. I at a little bit of each. The Elf sat down next to me and proceeded to fill his plate. "Eat." "I did" I answered back. He glared at me and said,"You are going to get me in trouble." He piled my plate with the rest of the eggs. I ate a few bites before he said, "My name is Aerefio pronounced Ai-Ri-Fe-Nio. Don't judge my name, I didn't name myself, although I wish I did." I thought it was the weirdest name in the world, but I didn't saw anything because I knew it was a sore subject. I was so full after I ate all the eggs, that I couldn't eat another bite. He put a blueberry filed roll on my plate. I glanced at it, before asking,"Have you ever seen anyone with the scent of cinnamon blueberries?" He smirked, "Do I look like a were animal?" I snapped back,"How am I supposed to know if you can smell scents or not?" He sighed,"I have the same smelling abilities as a human, we can smell only strong scents. Does that scent keep popping up?" "Yes." He thought for a moment, "You might just have a stalker on your tail." Come on, lets go introduce you to your new tribe."
