CHAPTER 6 Two days later.... We never know what’s waiting for us tomorrow. Life is full of surprises. If we had the power to foresee the cruel things ahead, maybe we’d be cautious—and life would be easier. If I’d known that dangerous, mysterious man would come crashing into my life like a nightmare, I’d never have gone to that damn club. Fardinn agreed to help us two days ago.
